Bought a 2022 F150, low miles, so so deal... But I like it! The sales process was as you would expect, back and forth playing the game until both sides negotiate a fair price. So why two stars? After the sale support is horrible! I contacted both my sales lady and the credit manager with simple questions and asked for a return call. I tried a few times each, but never did get that return call. Last car I buy from AutoNation purely because they only care about the current sale and not about any future sales or a simple follow up.

I took my car in for a recall letter I had received. I was told that my vehicle was not eligible for the recall. I explained that I was experiencing what the letter described of when to bring car in for. The tech said he would have a look. Took 1 full day to hear anything back. After I had to call to inquiry about my vehicle I was told that 5128$ would be the cost to replace everything wrong with car. No mention at all of the recall reason car was taken in for. Was even suggested I trade it in and get another Ford. Was told a diagnosis fee of 199. Would be charged. I explained only took my car in for the letter I received. Why should I have to pay for a recall that Ford sent me? For the kindness of a person named Peggy the fee was waived. Never was a diagnostic fee mentioned to me upon check-in. I definitely would have not left it.

Took my car in for a recall on the door latches. My service advisor was Julisa. She was very sweet and attentive to all my needs. I feel she went above and beyond to help me as much as she could. Although I did have to pay the diagnosis fee after the technician tried to check symptoms to see if my vehicle would have been covered under another recall, turns out it wasn’t related and not covered but the diagnosis fee wasn’t as much as I thought. All in all I’d say my experience was a good one. Just wish ford would cover the issues for a recall I know my car should be covered by but my vin isn’t flagged so they won’t cover it for now.

What a wonderful experience working with a knowledgeable service staff person! Scheduling the appointment through the app was simple and making changes was very easy as well. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival, and my vehicle was moved in the service within minutes of my arrival the facility was clean and friendly atmosphere.

Spent three days trying to speak with a service advisor about an upcoming appointment but its almost impossible to get somebody to help you in the service department. They're quick to send you to an off-site scheduler who, while very friendly, couldn't help because she's not there at the dealer. Left messages and was promised a call back but never heard from them. Cancelled our appointment, I can't trust this company to work on my vehicle!

Dave Morrison (service advisor) and technician were professional, courteous, and thorough. They kept me informed from the time they ordered the parts through completion of the project. Strongly recommend the service team at AutoNation Arlington TX.
