A staff member met me as soon as I walked in and greeted me. She asked if I needed help, she helped me to find exactly what I needed. She was very helpful!!! Store was clean and organized!!

Never gonna come back again. Not knowing anything about cars I simply went inside to ask for a 2nd opinion about my car. The older white gentleman didn’t seem to care or bother. His his response was “we are not mechanics” I never said fix my car I just wanted an opinion. Will not even bother to coming to this location anymore.

Mr Austin provided quality customer service to me at a level I hadn't received in years...a breath of fresh air especially in retail and dealing with the public. I came in to buy oil. He took the initiative to ensure I needed oil and how much. He also checked by power steering which I needed. He gladly filled my oil and power steering. He had a pleasant disposition and was efficient in helping me. I wish he could train customer service reps everywhere!

No one was willing to help, had 4-5 employees and only two customers inside the store. Ended up leaving and going to Advanced around the corner. They were on the spot to help me locate my rear windshield wiper. Took one minute of there time and only because it was in the back and not on the shelf. AutoZone couldn't even do this.
