Terrible customer service! Went in to discuss problem and manager Joanna Miranda said we couldn't go anywhere (private office) to discuss problem as Joanna was on duty as manager. I asked if we had to stand up entire time as conversation was going to be long. Joanna said yes we had to stand up entire time yet she had a chair next to her she could have offered for me to sit. I'm nearly 80 and it's hard for me to stand very long. Just as I started to tell her my problem she said she had to leave because she was only manager on duty. So I left.Also as another customer mentioned, you can't submit review without inputting at least one star!

I tried three times over the last three weeks to set up an appointment for a notary public and kept getting the same error message (see picture). I went in person to the bank today (Tuesday around 10 am) to either see the notary public or set up an appointment. I was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait because he was with a customer. I felt this was fair considering I didn't have an appointment and I decided to wait. Around the 45 minute mark the same man who had told me about the wait apologized and let me know it would be a few more minutes. After it had been a full hour, another woman came to me, apologized and said she wasn't sure how much longer the notary would be and that one of the tellers is a notary and that she was going to have the teller help me shortly. After waiting over an hour and a half (another 30 minutes after I was told the teller would be helping me), I got up and walked out.

Worse customer service. Won't allow me to put 0stars. I opened account. I than get my card in mail and try all ways to activate the card. No luck tried for a week. I called today and get told that we at Bank of America has decided to part ways with you and close your account. I said what's the reason for this get told that they can no tell me and as a company they decide to part ways with me and close my account. I asked what bout my money I used to open my account I want that bank. Get samething told to me. I said it makes no sense to me. Will same line was said. It like they don't want new customers and are shady as a company. I should I listen to reviews but didn't. If a week later your not wanting me as a company than don't take my money and approve me. No got to see what they going to do about my $75 I used to open the account with.

Loved the atmosphere inside and was attended quickly by Aidee Hernandez and she was very nice to me and helped me open my first account recommend her to anyone
