Love B & N. I still love the feel of a real book in my hands to read. I also don't mind a coffee, though I no longer buy from Heaurbucks. So my usual is to sit, review a book before buying, sip a Venti Mocha Frapp, buy book, leave. Now I just grab a book, sip my water, bounce.
No 5th star. Heaurbucks loses 1 for them.

I liked the book part. But the coffee shop area was ok cause the people working at it seemed some overwhelmed and confounded. I waited in line from where the entrance sign was with my son's and other people were going on the other side where the entrance was not at but it was an exit and he called them before us and it started getting late but I just wanted us to have our birthday goodies but we could not . I don't know if it gets any better but they need help
