After reading some reviews here and finding out that Jasmin is the manager, is shocking to say the least! I usually shop the one at parks mall but, they had something parks didn't. I made online order to pickup at 10am. I called next day afternoon as parks usually has ready within hour. Jasmin answered asked to put me on hold immediately and I sat on hold 15 minutes! When she finally came back on and asked what she could do, I asked her did she normally leave customer's on hold for 15 minutes ? She stated "yes when it's busy in store". That's wild ! I worked retail AND was a manager! That's not how you do business!! Never again....I'll stick with parks mall.
