Found that they carry heavy duty semi truck batteries! the big 8D batteries and they are half the price of autozone or Orielies!

My apologies for this belated review of this store. Felicia and Sean and others were SO amazing in assisting me in selecting a battery replacement for a dying one and had me up and running in no time. When the next one goes, I will be back. Best customer experience and many thanks!!!

Worst place to buy battery; i bought a battery for my toyota prius within a month the battery went completely. Flat, Upon returning the battery as warranty indicated a dreadlocks guy there said they are not going to honor the warranty that I could have abused the battery. I requested they speak to their manager they will not do that. They said there is nothing they can do. I was so disappointed. This was my first time buying battery from this guys. Please avoid this shop at fielder rd Arlington texas.

I went to get my battery replaced on my pixel 7. The technician told me that it would be about a week before the part came in. I put that in a positive and waited. Thursday came and I never got a phone call. So I called the shop and they said they didn't have it come then 15 minutes later than quote back saying they did have it and to come in Friday. I brought my phone in Friday . They did the mandatory checks on my phone to make sure it was a working order and that all functions worked. Phone fingerprint scanner sound everything. I took my phone and replaced the battery. When I go to pick up my phone everything's working except there is a large about 1 in long 3/4-in wide yellow spot in the upper right hand corner of my screen. They relived their mistake and they offered to fix it. Joe, the day after Christmas they call me saying they got the screen in and I dropped my phone off to fix it. When I drop my phone off again the fingerprint scan it and all functions or working perfectly. They finish put on the screen and the fingerprint's scanner not working. It says it needs to be recalibrated. So I take the phone home. Then. I realize they never put the SIM card back in so I go back to the shop. They put the SIM card back in. Well, after about 2 hours of trying I cannot get the screen to calibrate and I followed every instruction correct. And while the technician was very nice and everyone in the store was wonderful, they said that they don't really work on Pixel 7s and that they were actually thinking of putting a sign up saying we're not going to repair pixels. So now I have a phone with no fingerprint scanner which is very inconvenient because I used it for about 60% of all my phone's functions. So either they did not install the phone screen correctly or they didn't use a pixel screen. But I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't have the same functionality it had before I went to batteries plus. So if you have a pixel phone do not go here for repairs. They don't know how to do them correctly

My battery died suddenly while I was out running errands. It was easy to make an appointment and order the battery I needed on the website. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes! Definitely a relief after having to find people to help jumpstart my car twice before I could make it there.

It was a horrible experience. I paid for them to install a battery in my Corvette. They refused to let me use their restroom. Then, the battery is sliding around and they said that is okay, as long as it doesn’t jump out? They just are incompetent, arrogant. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this location. This is not the first time I was treated like this at that location.

Brought my phone in for a battery replacement. Prompt, efficient, accurate service, and great customer experience! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They even advised on Waze I could save money on my repair. Very highly recommend

Terrible customer service. The gen z started spouting a replacement number for a lithium battery as if it was the only item he knew existed, then began explaining why it wouldn’t work. I never asked for a lithium ion, I need a NiCad. IDK where he was trained but it sure wasn’t proper for that role
