I had to replace the entire key fob for my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. The old one wouldn't unlock the doors and the auto start didn't work. The 1st location we went to said they had to place an order for someone to come program the fob. I went back and their machine for cutting keys was down. I went to another location and not only did he duplicate my car key, but programmed the fob right then and there. And the price? $129.00. The dealership would have been three times that amount. Highly recommend Batteries+

Just left your Cooper store in Arlington, TX. after dropping my batteries off yesterday. I had purchased the batteries from this location a couple of ago or so. Crystal helped me out and was terrific (as she was when I purchased them from her). She explained the charging process for the batteries, showed me where they were with voltage and amps on her meter and made recommendations. I picked them up this morning and she was once again extremely helpful and very respectful. Crystal is terrific! Because of her I will continue to be a Batteries Plus customer at that location. Thank you Crystal!!

Ordered a battery online, said it was in stock, before I went to pick it up I decided to call them to verify, I was told it was not in stock and it would take 10 days to get it, pretty inconvenient because I needed it when I ordered it, but it happens. So 10 days later I decided yet again to call them and verify it was in stock, wouldn't you know, it was going to take another 6 days because they didn't verify their order dates. Not once was I called the first time it wasn't in stock, nor that it would be another 6 days after the ten I was told. If it wasn't for me calling I would of wasted two trips during rush hour. I've never had any trouble with any of the other multiple batteries plus I've used before. Save yourself the trouble and use a different store.

I purchased a lifetime battery warranty for my watch it's a lazy employee everytime I go she can't do it. The co worker said everyone's hands are different everyone can't change the batteries. Why the hell ypu working if your hands can't change the batteries 😒

Had a great experience at Battery+ on Cooper and great job by Shelly was quick, efficient, and discovered the aging battery on my wife’s Honda and replaced it. service was top-notch. I drove to the store. They had the battery I wanted. Then they would not sell it to me. Someone had called to ask about it so they would not sell it to me. I had showed up at the store with cash in hand. I had to drive across town. Why couldn’t the other person who did not bother to go to the store have to be inconvenienced? I won’t go back there again.
