I opened an account and was told that my account was closed before I could even access my info. I couldn't get any information and was told to go into the bank. I get to the bank and they tell me im being charged a service fee. They closed the account immediately, i couldnt get any info and they charge me a fee? This bank sucks!Sace your time and money......DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!!

I started a mortgage in Utah with a local credit union, that sold it to some bank on the East Coast (suntrust), which then sold it BB&T and they were bought up by Truist. I wasn't getting any updates, or notifications per regular mail and found out about it once i tried to sign-up, or re-sign into their web-site. Now, there is no way to access anything on-line b/c they insist on "2ndary verification via phone number" that receives these codes from anybody else in the world, but not them. There is no other way to get your 'forgotten' username, re-set your password, update your mailing address, telephone, even legally changed name and what not. After spending 2-3 hours on the phone, including with various overseas locations, that telephone number was suddenly sent scamming links ("click on this so we can re-direct you to a skimming web-site" kind of). If you sent non-stop e-mails to go "paperless", at a minimum make your web-site accessible! I understand an 'otto-normalverbraucher' has absolutely no value beyond the usual milk-cow, or farmed chickens for these greedy cooperations/banks and what have you. There needs to be some sort of regulations to the imbecille rules these businesses set, because without government oversight and enforcement, they won't!

Had a 12:30-1:00pm appointment scheduled to open a business account today and received a called from Juan saying that there's trouble with online scheduling and that another person booked a scheduled time slot at the same time I did and mentioned to schedule me for the next day and that it will take 2 hours! Idk what's his deal but but he's definitely running away customers. I'll try another branch, but as of now these reviews I've been reading have me pondering. Seems like a scary road to travel.

If I could give this bank a NEGATIVE 0 stars I would. JUAN JUSINO was the Bank employee who assisted me. The display of customer service and rapport was HORRENDOUS. I booked an appointment online from the TRUIST website for a 2:30pm time slot. I arrived at the location prior to the time. He basically informed me he could not assist me because he does not have access to the schedule; and had another client arriving at 3pm. I could reschedule for another day. Although I had a scheduled appointment. He went on to say it would take 2 hrs to open the account ( that's a bold face lie). If I'm being honest. I am DISGUSTED with the service I received and would not recommend any one to ever bank at this location or do business with them if this is the level of service being provided.

Absolutely no reason to sit in a drive way for over 30 minutes with only one car in front of you!. You all need to do better. Will not be coming back here

EVERY TIME I come I sit at the drive in for at least 10 minutes. I'm sure why but nobody has time during the week to sit waiting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My world banks with them. I went there to take 1 small deposit & get some change for our business. I sat in the drive thru for at least 10 - 15 min behind the only other car there & then another 15 - 20 min waiting on them at the speaker after being told it would be about 5 - 10 min. I finally went inside & asked if anyone was working the drive thru. 1 man was in an office helping customers & 1 teller was helping all the other customers inside. I told them I had been waiting over 30 min & needed to get back to work. I went back to my car that I had left in the drive thru to not lose my place just in case someone else pulled up. I waited about another 5 min & they finally came on the speaker & asked me to come back inside because they couldn't get the chute to work to send me the change & deposit slip back. I wouldn't go to this bank if I didn't have to for work purposes. I'm going to let the company know & maybe they can switch who they bank with. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt & I know everyone has bad days, but they are always very slow & short handed & today just took the cake taking a total of about 40 - 45 min by the time I was finally done there.

Worst bank I have been in honestly ever. Terrible customer service, nobody knows how to help you. Literally got a situation in a day at another branch that these guys purposely ignored for 30-45 days. I’ll never bank here again.

Lisa was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will take our business and money elsewhere!
