I went in today to cash an insurance check for my totalled vehicle. They were understaffed and pretty busy but my teller was Shrita Small and she made the experience so much better! Even though she was getting yelled at and clearly very busy she was such a joy to be helped by. She maintained a professional demeanor and handled things with grace and class! Thank you Shrita!!

I went in to get help with a change of address and to order checks. I was told that they were too busy to help me and the teller suggested that I go to another branch.
I'll go to another branch alright, but it won't be PNC! I'll be closing my accounts soon and take my business elsewhere.

PNC is the best bank I have been with, their customer service is remarkable!!! I went in today with a question and the in person service is amazing, the man at the door was so sweet and helpful. Thank you this is how banking should be!!!!! And I would give 10 โญ if I could

I go to PNC bank at least once a week my usual location is always kind and helpful I was out of town today and tried to make a deposit here terrible experience teller was disrespectful and irritated barely acknowledged me and I just left with out getting the help I needed

I have been banking with PNC for a few months now and i absolutely love it. The lady named Shrita small is always so helpful and kind. She always has change to provide me with. Overall she makes the experience a great one every time!!

I really enjoy coming in when Shrita is there. She is very customer oriented and she speaks to everyone that comes through the facility. Not only does she go the extra mile she is a pleasure to deal with on a business level. You will never be able to tell is she is having a bad day because she always greet you with a smile and a welcome. Shrita, is very knowledgeable about her job and always offering extra things such as credit card offers etc. I live 30 min away and will always come to that location because of her excellent customer service. Thank you for providing stellar service she never misses.

TODAY I WAS IN THE PNC BANK AND THE TELLER SAMA WAS VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,ARGUMENTATIVE, NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS REPRESENTATION OF THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH! SAMA WASNT EVEN SINCERE WITH HER FAKE APOLOGY! SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE SUSPENDED AND GO THROUGH TRAINING!

Today Raven Smith assisted me today with my Zelle App. We didn't quite resolve the issue, but I have an appointment with her tomorrow to finish.
She was professional and friendly. We laughed at my dumb luck with technology. I am looking forward to meeting with her again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this PNC Branch. Every time I have a question/ problem concerning my banking needs, they're always so nice and courteous to sit down with me and explain whatever I'm having an issue with and rectifying it. I know they're short staffed they're constantly going from the drive thru window and back to the counter to serve customers in the lobby so having patience and understanding is the key to getting your business taking care of and leaving.
