Very bad treatment my brother got today , we were not allowed to speak to him to explain what’s going on , they got him a translator like what!!, its like under police officer investigation, a Driver license ID and passport not enough for them to open a checking account , definitely we are not coming back..

I helped my aging mother-in-law (with dementia) open a CD account with PNC June 2023 and provided my Statutory Durable Power of Attorney (SDPOA) documentation. PNC assured me I would be added to her account as an agent and would be able to manage the account. I discovered Fall 2024 that PNC never listed me as an agent. I visited Lance in the Fall of 2024 and provided copies again of my SDPOA. Lance assured me he would get me setup as an agent for my mother-in-law’s account. I never heard back from him. I recently call PNC May 2025 and they still didn’t have me listed as an approved agent. I called Lance and emailed him my SDPOA again. He got it processed successfully. But when I arrived at 10:45am for the 11:00am appointment that Lance scheduled for me to sign paperwork, he passed by me in the waiting area 5 times over a 45 minute period before he ever acknowledged or greeted me, even though the PNC teller said they informed him I was waiting. Poorly run branch, unprofessional branch manager, will never return to PNC.

This is a horrible bank. Please do not bank here. I opened a business account and after meeting with Lance Miles, manager, he lied stating that I could not open an account with a credit union and stated that I committed fraud because he would not verify my buisness address. Yes, fraud with the same address I opened the account with.

On my last visit to PNC Bank I was stuck in line behind a car in the drive up ATM line and the person took 7 to 10 minutes to make one transaction other than this time no lssue

These guys are losers! If you have a business this is the last place you want to bank ,they never have money to cash your checks and they are very unorganized and unprofessional I think they’re gonna close down pretty soon

Amazing, the teller Tonia was amazing! Schlonda was such a wonderful help and gave a great face for BBVA since the matlock location ruined my view of it. So happy I was treated correctly and politely.
