I am posting for my friend. She contacted Mitchell 2 weeks ago to setup up an appointment in which he did via email. She then tried to contact them 2 days before to confirm but no one picked up. She left over 12 voicemails in the span of those 2 days with no availability. What kind of company doesn't pick up their phone? The day of the move came and they did not show up (obviously). She had to book another moving company and they showed up that day. I would give this company a zero star but Google wouldn't let me. #flakers

Berner's came through last minuet and did an outstanding job.They moved quickly and got the job done all in the Texas heat .The prices are extremely reasonable . I would highly recommend .

I've relocated twice in the past year and both times I used this moving company. After having a poor experience with another company I was very nervous about choosing a new company. Berners Pro was recommended by one of my coworkers who also had a great experience. I'm very thankful for Mitch and his team's attention to detail and their dedication to all military members!!!

I have used these guys twice to move from my last apartment into a storage then out of the storage to my new place. Mitchell is always friendly, patient and straight forward with the price. His men are also hard working and very fast. I will be calling them again and again and again!

These guys were awesome. We had a huge piece of furniture that we unexpectedly needed moved from a third floor. They were able to squeeze us in at the last minute and did a fantastic job.

Absolutely, hands down, the best movers I have used!! Mitchell and his team are top notch! These guys are super hard workers, extremely careful with everything they move, personable and are very accommodating with anything you ask.

These guys were awesome!!! Even with me requesting a last minute extra pickup location they arrived on time, moved me within a reasonable time considering I made them make 3 stops, loved their rates, and made my move go so smoothly. Definitely will be recommending them to family and friends and using their services again.
