Came into Big lots on Wednesday 1/24/24 to look at TV stands . We couldn't get anyone to help uswe waited for 20 minutes and no one came to help I even asked the cashier still no one came . So we left I don't recommend this store .

Can always find a bargain. Found some old school shampoo and conditioner this run. Cashier was very friendly.

Store just grungy. In a bad neighborhood as well. Not impressed. The Mansfield or Waxahachie locations are much nicer.

It's absolutely refreshing to experience the customer service when I visited this location on 05/31/2023. When I first entered the store the gentlemen Caiden greeted me as he was in the process of ringing up a customer...multitasking you don't see that often anymore.Faiza, even though I wasn't all the way inside yet, she asked if I needed anyone help.Moving toward the back near the furniture Michelle who really left an impact by not only seeing if I needed so assistance but offered to be available anytime. It's the smallest things that have the biggest impact!

We where actually going to a different store but we called up got "TRE" on the phone he was very fast to get an answer we turned around bought my oversized chair....I swear "TRE" got a spidy sense he met me at door with my chair helped me put it in the back the whole time there was maybe 30 minutes...over all great experience customer service is excellent.

Just left the store. A certain item apparently was not on sale as the ticket had stated the cashier. He was augmentative. He didn't explain supposedly why it wasn't on sale which was fine but he continued to keep going on and on and on arguing with me the customer. I simply stated is. This item this price? He said no for the 1st time he attempted to explain it and I'm curiously said I do not wish to get it since it is not really. What you said the price is I said that to say this if a customer asks you something straightforward answer it the best. You can without creating a ongoing conversation on your end as the representative. Is the customer chooses to keep going on you know? That's the customer's prerogative be courteous and just listen answer simply and direct
