Service department is top notch! Felt like my advisor really cared and was able to get me a loaner at the last minute. During their inspection, they found an additional warranty repair that needed to be addressed. Because I was unable to pick my car up on the day originally discussed, Jon worked around my schedule and went above and beyond to arrange a valet pick up and delivery of my car to my home. Great experience!

My husband came to this dealership and had a very bad experience. He was not greeted by any of the salesmen and kept getting looked over as other customers came in. He had to eventually go up to a salesperson himself and ask for service and the salesman responded with “service for what”. Definitely not a good first impression with someone coming in to buy a new car with CASH! Do better and treat all customers equally!

True professionals is what you will run into in this dealership! Edin was spectacular from the very beginning. It’s nice to deal with a car salesman who’s not solely focused on “selling”. He helped us build our car based on what our family needed and nothing more. He was so transparent and kept us up to date during production. After delivery Andrew answered all of our tech questions and was such a delight to deal with. Overall just a terrific car buying experience for our family

I had an excellent experience at the dealership, thanks to my service advisor, Shawn Smith. He was not only professional but also incredibly helpful. Shawn efficiently managed my routine oil change and graciously applied a discount I had received via email. Impressively, he also ensured that a sensor repair, covered under my warranty, was completed on the same day. To add to the convenience, Shawn arranged Lyft transportation for me to and from my home, so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I highly recommend requesting Shawn as your service advisor. His dedication to providing essential services for your vehicle is evident, and he consistently prioritizes the client's needs, demonstrating exceptional skill and care in his role.

Online checkout process went smooth. I completed my paperwork ahead of time prior to visiting the dealership which made the in person experience that much quicker. Finance portion took about 1.5 hours including wait time. Facilities were clean. Friendly service. I knocked off a star since the finance team failed to send over the correct paperwork to their corporate office which led me to countless frustrating call transfers trying to troubleshoot the issue.

I have been taking my BMW’s to BMW of Arlington for 7 years now and have always gotten the best service. Ronnie was my service advisor and was great! He was very responsive and kept me updated on the status of my car. He even offered me valet service to bring my car to my home after service was completed which was very helpful. I also love that the service techs send a video of the service that was completed and tire pressure checks.Thanks Ronnie and BMW of Arlington!

Hmmm, I’m so “torn” as this should be my top 5 star. Too much to explain here but what transpired never should’ve. You could say it was rectified but at a stressful cost to me. Secondly, I’m one that if I purchase a car from you, especially one above six figures (I want to be treated like family even after purchase) uhm…. I Don’t feel that. Now the hard part question. Would I go back……YES!Told you I’m “torn” So go, shop ask for Vinny with Hany as the Sales Manager and buy. Help me change my Stars. And when you do, have Andrew go over your vehicle with you (He gets 5 Stars). Finance office paperwork transition was smooth, one of the best I’ve seen.

tldr; purchase a car from Andreas for the best experience. Do NOT trust the finance people or management here. They do not do business equitably or honestly. First off, my sales experience with the dealership was second to none. Andreas took care of us and immediately addressed my needs for an X5. He quickly kept in touch with me and transparently, clearly and competently advised me of my options. He met with us promptly, dealt with my trade in and worked with his manager on working out a great deal that I really appreciated. The plan from there was very straightforward -- leave a deposit and pick up the car when it's ready.This whole experience took an immediate unfortunate turn when I sat down with the finance team member (Lorenzo, I believe) to complete the transaction. First off, before reviewing the deal as set up and completed by the sales team, or even just saying hello and introducing, he went straight into selling the add-ins and warranty. This throws off the whole experience because the customer cannot find a baseline from the last mention of numbers -- and I'm just thrown off by a new inflated monthly payment number. As we were talking through the warranty package (which I was almost ready to purchase), I noticed, by chance, that the interest rate was really high at 3.99%, especially compared to today's average rates. Also, the deal was originally quoted on a 2.49% rate. This immediately started my suspicion that this was just a simple mistake so I asked him to please ask around if this 3.99% was actually correct, and Lorenzo returned with, "this is the best we can give you." I then asked him again why it would be so high if I am okay with a 60-month and my credit/financial debt:income is okay. Lorenzo assured my finances/credit were just fine on his end but this was the best you all can do. I then mentioned to him that BMWFS has offers online for rates as low as 0.9% with 3 months no payments and asked why I wouldn't be offered any of these. He said I just didn't qualify but couldn't give me a reason why. This is when I started getting very frustrated because I couldn't find a logical reason -- and he couldn't tell me a logical reason -- why I wouldn't be offered this deal straight from BMWFS. Naturally, this is when I started to wonder why I wouldn't be offered something that I financially qualify for. I asked him to please ask his manager again to check on a lower rate. This is when Lorenzo returned with a 2.99% rate. I again asked him to please provide me with what BMW is quoting on your website for the exact car I'm buying, at the very minimum. I showed him the rate again, this time specifically pointing out my exact model and trim. At this point, I was practically pleading with him to just please give me the rate I qualify for. He was visibly annoyed now and went to his manager again. This time, he returned and said "sure, we'll do it" and went straight to his computer to provide the 1.9% rate. It was obvious that he was upset that he was giving me this rate and it felt like he was doing me some sort of favor. I really don't know why I had to plead with a BMW rep to give me a rate from BMWFS, that I qualify for. I also called around to a few different dealerships afterwards who assured me that I could have qualified for the 0.9 rate with the 3 months no payment. This is really disappointing. I've purchased so many cars over the years, and I have never had an experience like this where I feel like I got cheated. I'm new to the area, and have purchased 3 cars since moving here and all those dealerships have operated with honesty and integrity so far, and I am really surprised to have had this experience with BMW Arlington.

If you are looking for a first class experience where professionalism still abounds and customer service is the highest priority, go to BMW of Arlington! You might for a minute think you are at the Four Seasons with the way you are greeted by any employee that comes within 5 feet of you. The amount of product knowledge and understanding of their product is astonishing. What’s just as amazing is their ability to teach you how to operate everything with a quick stop at their Genius Bar. I somehow feel a little smarter after spending some of my afternoon with them. Thanks for a great experience!

Desmon was awesome! BMW of Arlington is the standard of what a dealership is about. We negotiated a good price for both parties with no issues. I flew from Tennessee to pick up my M550 and it was totally worth it! If you are looking for a good dealership that doesn't F you around, check out Arlington BMW!!!

Edin was honestly so patient and kind during the whole buying process. Even though it took me awhile to find a car, he never quit giving suggestions and listened to what I wanted.I also recently took my car to service here and the person taking care of me, John, was great. He took time to explain everything and kept me updated during the whole service. Even though it took longer than expected, it was okay because they did WORKKK on my car.

Sean Riley, a seasoned and professional Service Advisor, and the techs here did a great job with my 2012 BMW X3 when I brought it in for fault indicators on the dashboard. They replaced the battery, thermostat, brake fluid, cabin filter, windshield wipers, and fuse. After the repairs, many functionalities of this BMW, like tilting the passenger side mirror while reversing, are now working fine.

I had to take my car in for an emergency brake problem about 2 weeks ago and since then, none of my systems worked properly or would even connect...I couldn't even get to my Spotify. I would give a 5 star except for the fact that when I left 2 messages with my Service Advisor Suvan, she never returned my calls. However...Andrew, the Genius (that's his title but he actually is one in his position here), advised me that for whatever reason, my car was removed from the BMW network when the brake system was replaced and they didn't reset it, and he was absolutely awesome in getting my system back up and running. He even showed me a few things that I wasn't taught about the vehicle when purchased 6 months ago. It's people like Andrew that will keep me coming back to BMW of Arlington.

The mechanics are lazy scam artists. I told my car for a service that they recommended and they refused to perform the service. first they said I needed new rotors....on a car I bought Sept 2nd. I asked to check coolant and after 5 hours they said I was good....the tech made an error and I did t need brakes and my collant was topped off.My coolant light came on and said I needed ro add it immediately or the engine would be damaged after driving to Louisiana. I could have been stuck in Hwy 20. These people are the devil and want harm to come to their customers.
