Attempted to call before I was going to drop off a king size comforter along with a couple shirts and a sweater. Arrived at 12:20 and then they told me that they will not do ANY household items like curtains or tablecloths and comforters including bedspread.
This seems like a waste of time especially if you would perfer to have everything done at one location.
There is a sign inside posted that payment is due at the time of drop off.
Which is not a problem.
Not exactly friendly folks, courtesy counts for a lot for me.

They are just cautious about new customers. As a black person I didn't take offense. Paid up front and picked up my clothes in dry cleaned condition. Now when I go there they don't want me to pay up front. Nice ladies just smart business ladies and cautious.

Went in as a new customer today and will not return! I found the place by doing a google search. I went in to get a quote on some items which was $60 which is really great for the items I had. While looking to get the correct quote there’s a sign that’s states new customers would have to pay upfront. Once quoted I stated I noticed the sign and I would come back tomorrow morning as I’d be a new customer and can’t pay upfront today. She stated ok I see and as I’m folding my clothes to put them back in the bag she pushed my clothes to the side. I found that as very rude and disrespectful. I told her well I just wanted to fold my clothes and put them back in the bag but I’ll take them to the car and do it there and left. That could’ve went a different way if it was someone else who experienced that level of service. Be careful of how you treat your customers new or old.

Thank you, Kim and the team at Boss Cleaners! I had issues with another dry cleaner near me who would constantly return clothes with broken buttons. I also had a couple stains that needed address. I got them back fully cleaned and in great condition. I would highly recommend Boss cleaners, not just for their quality results but above and beyond customer service.

Kim and Lou are the best in offering amazing customer service. I’ve been taking my clothes here for 30 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of service they offer in making sure my clothes are in tip top shape. They are friendly and are interested in their customer’s lives. And did I mention honest?!? I’ve left money in my pockets, and when I go to pick up my clothes, it’s in a little envelope or baggie attached on the outside. There’s a reason they have been my go to place all these years…smiles, laughter and excellent service! If you need your clothes laundered or dry cleaned, Boss Cleaners is your place!

I have taken my dry cleaning to Kim & Lu for close to 30 years. They are the best! I took a table cloth in recently that had a huge stain. The table cloth belonged to my Mom. I told Kim to tell Lu it was ok if he couldn’t get the stain out. I really didn’t expect a miracle, but that’s exactly what I received! Lu did his magic and the table cloth looks new, actually better than new! I highly recommend Boss Cleaners, they are the Best!!

I walked into a very professional atmosphere having horrible experiences with other cleaners in the neighborhood I found a wonderful cleaners ladies I'm telling you you don't want to go anywhere else this lady was super nice to me and helped me with everything I needed let's just say she has a new customer ♥️
