I was responsible for selling my childhood home for my elderly parents. Brandee and her team were amazing at navigating the details and challenges with this sale. From getting the house on the market to finishing up with the closing, they worked hard to get us across the finish line.
I also really appreciated that Brandee had a vetted list of resources/contractors (plumber, roofer, painter) to help me get the home ready to sell. They were all responsive, customer service oriented and did good work.
If you want to work with a wonderful person, that will take good care of you, I would highly recommend Brandee and her team!

Selling my home was ever so much stress free given the services provided by Brandee Kelley and her team. We were informed of each and every step. Our questions were answered clearly and promptly. With their guidance we had an offer the day after our home listed and a backup offer within another two days.
