I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are from but I’ve been using this drycleaners for years without a problem.They even let me pay when I pick up and that is very rare these days; but that could be because I am a repeat customer so disregard that part LoL..I’ve since moved out of the Arlington area but still travel the extra distance because Im picky and refuse to go anywhere elseThe only con is this number on Google is incorrectService: Eco-friendly cleaning

Took some dress clothes in to get a normal cleaning and pressing. Received one of my shirts back with a whole in the shoulder. I inspect all my clothes before taking them, and there was no hole in that shirt. Once I received my clothes back, they told me they did not finish pressing my shirt because it has a hole in it. And they also told me they would not charge me for washing it. Haha! I would hope not! You tore it!

,,,like others have stated Poor Customer service is an understatement. They obviously must be paying these people what they are worth because they hate their job and probably their life. Never getting a penny from me again.

I lived across the street from this location in 2015 and I just remembered that they ruined 8 pairs of brand new Levis jeans (I have video). I swear I never imagined they could starch them so much that they swayed in the wind like those asian drums that flap in the wind. The jeans cost 50-60 (times this by 8) dollars a piece and the management acted as if it was somehow my fault for having them dry-cleaned? They also faded the jeans too which is why I had them DRY cleaned in the first place. Horrible service and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

I have been coming here for quite sometime now, twice a month to be exact. I was very disappointed with the service today. The older lady that is usually working there has always been nice and very attentive and she always charges me a certain price which I am more then ok paying for. But today I had my wife go in to get my dry cleaning because I was busy running another errand which is why I had her go for me. My ticket was about $14.00 she ended up charging my wife almost $10.00 extra simply because I was not present. This is very shameful and unprofessional of your employee and your business as a whole. You can rest assure I will no longer be doing business with your company anymore! Get it together Bright Cleaners...Good Day!
