I’ve been using this place since it open but the last couple of times I’ve been there the machine where you pay doesn’t work half the time or the screen you can’t read. The car wash goes too fast. Seems to not clean my car like it should and this last time the blowers were barely blowing, the vacuums that they have left are barely sucking up anything.

I had a great experience. My car came out very clean and the people were very Nice and had a good Attitude when guiding me in because I had a little trouble. I would recommend!!!!

This is the best car wash in my area. I get the best deals. I come twice a week I get a platinum at the beginning of the week and it comes with a five day wash guarantee I come back at the end of The five days and Rinse my car it looks good as new. Thanks you guys??

This is the sister location to the Fort Worth location that broke my mirror and would not pay. Do not bring your vehicle to any Brite Zone location.
If they damage your vehicle they are not going to pay.

Good value but don't expect your car to be totally cleaned. I keep trying car washes that have the monthly plans available looking for a new place because the place I was using started to really go downhill. I will stop in here again for a wash but I'll keep looking for the one I feel comfortable paying a monthly fee for; for unlimited washes.

Don't get the monthly membership here. They don't have a working phone, email, website, or car wash for that matter. It's been an absolute hassle to cancel even after going there in person and getting confirmed it was cancelled.. I'm still being charged.

I just came in and I'm a car wash as I came out and the inside looks great and amazing but the outside looks like I haven't watched it at all so like always said the money on the platinum package I've never been here before makes me not wanna come back I'm in like heartclean it's still covered in mud and your guys need to begin in the car wash don't take their jobs seriously they're hitting around and oh well with me pretty much That's like you're not getting paid to do their you paid it on a specific set amount they're not doing their The correct procedures for their job because everywhere that they didn't scrub my car when I was going into the car wash it's where it's still dirty

If all you want is a basic external car wash, then you found the right place. However, if you want anything else that they advertise, you will be extremely disappointed. Only 8 of the vacuums work, their phone number is disconnected, the payment screen is always broken, and if you get the $16 package, you're just overpaying for the basic package. Even the vacuums that do work though, are subpar at best. Please do yourself, your car, and your wallet a favor by finding another car wash location.

Got the Platinum car wash, which was on sale and seemed good deal until…it ripped/tore the antenna fin off the roof of my car. I sent a message via the “Contact Us” button on their website but haven’t heard anything yet.FYI: Britezone Express car wash equipment at the S. Cooper St, Arlington location ripped the fin from the roof. Whole new mounting bracket and fin will be required. Not an easy fix. I would welcome Britezone to step up act honorably. Will gladly retract this review if they do. Waiting…
