I can’t recommend this place (and especially David) enough. I’m a gigging musician who was in over his head trying to work on my upright bass before this weekend’s shows. I realized I was in over my head and David was kind enough to squeeze in my bass amidst his busiest season. As always he did a wonderful job.

I ordered two items the size of a couple of coins on August 26, 2022. They were suppose to arrive today September 2, 2022. Now it's saying it will be September 8, 2022. I just checked my tracking and believe or don't it says the shipping label was just created today. Just called Amazon to try to cancel and get a full refund since they have no option to cancel and refund. I found them somewhere else and I did demand a full refund with Brook Mays. Never again I will shop with some company that throws you on the back burner!

This company listed a ***************** Heavy Hitter Quadropad for sale on *******.com. The price was too good to be true, but I figured it was worth a shot. The order confirmation and shipping all stated that I ordered the quadropad and was sent the quadropad. In reality, I was sent a pair of mallets that didn't even go to a quadropad. I tried contacting the company 2 times to have the issue resolved but received no response. They clearly made an error in the listing, but did nothing rectify it. My only choice was to contact ******* for a refund. This business seems shady in the dealings. I would never trust this company and would caution anyone ordering online from them.

First time I called to ask about an order ,the person that answered the phone was very rude , I called a couple of days later and someone else answered the phone and they were really helpful. I went to pick up my order and the guy was really friendly.A couple of weeks later I return to this store because my daughter needed some other piece, and there was another man with a little of attitude and like he was bothered, but he got us the thing that we needed.

The guy i spoke with was not helpful at all, poor customer service. I went in to inquire about a twirling baton and used Flute. In regards to the baton his response was " no." He didn't offer any recommendations of other stores that may carry or if can order online and it was like pulling teeth to get info on the Flute. He acted like he was annoyed I was there and didn't want to be bothered.

Made a phone call to return an instrument that my son hasnt even played a dozen since he recieved it. They wanted me to drive to arlington...then when I mentioned pickup at school they said oh well itll be next week maybe. Also I was charged for renting an instrument before we ever recieved the instrument. Almost a month before we recieved it. Very poor customer service! I'm in retail and that is not how you should have your employees conducting business. Thanks but no thanks. Will not do business with Brook Mays again.

Incredible. This trumpet is older than every child I teach as I got it in 7th grade which was at least 20 years ago. It has survived my entire education including marching band, and on top of that numerous students have used it throughout its lifetime. It has not looked this good since it first appeared in the case in front of me.Kudos to the team for this work. I nearly cried seeing it so beautiful again. Thanks Rusty Wells and Haden, this truly made my week.

I have a marching baritone and i got it from a pawnshop on a deal and didn’t know the condition of it but begin to see really bad issues with the instrument inside and out so I brought it to their repairman and I tell you it looked and sounded like a whole new instrument when I pick it up! Im extremely satisfied!! Thank y’all
