I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at the Buckle store in Arlington Parks Mall, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Store Manager Jace and the team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Jace was incredibly courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of the latest trends and product recommendations was spot-on, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The clerk assisting me Fernanda was also friendly, helpful, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my purchase.
The store itself was well-organized, with a great selection of stylish apparel and accessories. The customer service here is truly top-notch, setting Buckle apart from other retailers. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a personalized, high-quality shopping experience.

I have had these BKE jeans less than 6 months. And some how I’ve got a hole that was rubbed into the jeans in between my thighs and the other side is starting one now too. I thought these jeans would last me a good while. Just over all disappointed.

I wanted to leave this review for a person, not the store. Sasha deserves to be recognized. I rarely have the time to go shopping for jeans with my busy schedule as a mom but today I made the time to come in and she was my stylist. She not only was amazing with her service by pulling all of my jeans for me and an assortment of sizes she was so friendly. She made an impact on my mood in a positive way and made me feel like I was one of her friends. She’s killing it. Thanks, Sasha. I will be back! Thanks for making me feel amazing today!

This is not the buckle upbeat store I’ve shopped at basically for years and years. The staff does not know how to style buckle customers only how to get them a room. what they are doing? They also don’t know how to work the computer system and waited in line for 20 + min when I was the only one behind he person they were checking out, then I too had to tell them what buckle usually does to order products I find in store that aren’t available in my size. Basic training. IThis is a poor representation of how the buckle brand operates. The music when you walk in is like another country. Not to be rude but I would hate to see corporate come out and see how they operate when no one is looking. Poor brand representation and the music is not inviting. It’s very ghetto and this is NOT buckle brand.

I had a lovely experience; however dear Sasha, your glittery smile, the attentive laughing, and the cute stuttering lead to an awful mis information, Sasha had not gone in depth about hemming till I bought the pants.I give her credit though because later on she was very attentive and trying to scam me out of my money after buying pants.Sasha please contact me when you restock.You better hope these pants fit, I will bite you.

My wife and I went to Buckle looking for jeans for her to wear to work. Jiya helped us and it was an amazing experience. She went above and beyond to make sure that my wife had a great fit and was comfortable in each pair. We will be back just because of Jiya and her great customer service!

It wasn't my cup of tea. A lot of the styles are influenced by Western style and they borrow elements of that and apply it to button downs, boots, pants, skirts, etc. to create a sort of Western Casual fusion. They also have other casual clothes and some dressy clothes that don't really seem to have a western style to them.A lot of the mannequins weren't really near the shelves that had the clothes that they were styled in, so it was a bit of a confusing experience. It just all seemed quite gimmicky, disodganized, and I didn't really like the fabrics too, but the staff were nice. It just wasn't for me.
