I recently took my car to determine damages after a small collision. Wasn’t sure if it could be buffed out or would need a paint job. Michael Sullivan took a look at it and jumped right in with his buffer and was able to completely fix it on the spot!!!!
What a great and easy experience!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing place. I pulled out of my garage and clipped the front facia on my almost 300K mile Honda and there it was laying on the ground. I set an appointment to get an estimate and they kept the appointment to the minute. A gentleman came right out to look at what I had done, said he thought he could just pop it back on. Then, he returned with some fasteners and did just that. He popped it back on just like the factory. Right there in the parking lot! I can not imagine better service than what I received anywhere. I will send everyone I know in need to them. Customer service has become a lost art but not at Caliber on Division Street Arlington Texas!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, and the work was completed on time and done right. My car looks as good as new — you’d never know it had been in an accident.

Always professional, vehicle delivered on time, and they worked seamlessly with Progressive to get my car fixed properly. Hopefully my car won't need work anytime soon, but if it does, I will be back.

They left half of the fasteners loose. Didn't put the trim back on the door, and left all kinds of clips and fasteners in the inside ot the passenger door. And they still charged me $500.00.
