It didn't get a 5 star because of two things 1) they charge you $5/ day to park. 2) They don't offer breakfast. You need to bring your own food and prepare it yourself.
Rooms: The rooms are set up for an extended stay. Small kitchen and fairly large refrigerator.
Comfortable bed and chair. Could use another chair if a couple stays. Large room and bathroom.

I was very impressed by the service of the staff. I dealt mostly with Lori, who was so incredibly nice. She remembered names and was very helpful. Other staff members were also very kind.
Great location for Att stadium events. No "frills" but great location, clean and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay didn't start off the best, but after a couple room changes, Carla came in and saved the day/stay! She is awesome. Sonesta Suites needs to give her a huge raise and extra vacation days. She was the BEST at customer service/relations

Very disappointed with this "Sonesta" hotel. The location and staff were great. However, the property is distressed and in dire need of upgrades. The rooms are NOT sound proof. You can hear your neighbors conversations, even when the are speaking in a conversational tone. The toilet in my room was constantly refilling and when I arrived in the room, there was only a sheet on the bed and weather outside was 40 degrees. I went downstairs to ask if I could get a blanket and I had to sign 2 logs to show that I had "checked out" a blanket. I then had to take it back down at check out and sign it back in, otherwise, I would be charged for it. The blanket was also old and thin. I was fooled by the "Sonesta" name so keep in mind that it's not your typical Sonesta experience.

Outdated. 2 star clean and housekeeping knocked on my door before 11 am check out time. Don't recommend. Dark parking lot.

Nearby activities: Everything Is close
Gas station down the street. Six flags is a mile down the road.

Was an old Extended Stay with a new name. The "refreshed" room was soooo tired. I picked it because I had just stayed in a Sonesta in Chicago and it was nice.

It was ok…..could hear the people above us walking literally all night. The staff was amazing though!!
