I got charged 490 in installation fees for an amp install and lc2i pro. I already had the kicker amp I bought from Car Toys, so most of the cost was labor and the rest the lc2i and amp wiring kit. When I left, no one explained how to use this or if it was even tuned/setup for my truck. I got in and turned the bass knob up and nothing happened. I thought it might require some tuning and I left it at that. Long story short the only thing the lc2i provides are rca jacks for the amp. The bass knob is worthless and the accubass function does nothing in my vehicle(2023 F-150), I had to install the one I bought for the kicker amp(which works). 500 in labor to have a non functioning system is ridiculous.

Customer service here sucks. Entered the store to get information about window tint. I stood in the middle of the show floor for two minutes before I had to call the staff for help. Two employees were standing there working on a display. Hint: If customers stop coming, there will be no display to set up. You dig! The the want to be blonde gave off the energy as if I was interrupting her. Please don't let forget, there were no other customers in the store. Management, if you don't believe it, just go look at the video.

My son had already picked an Apple play system for his car. Before installation, Cameron saw what he picked and recommended a better more reliable system with reasons why. I sincerely appreciate that kind of service! Additionally when the installation wasn’t finished when promised, Cameron had the team buff and clean up the headlights. Great customer service that will keep you coming back!

Had a navigation system added and tinted windows done. As far as the navigation system the technician did a fantastic job installing it. The tinted windows looked great they did a great job installing it but they forgot 1/2 of my sunroof . They did say the were sorry and is going to do the other half. The person at the front desk I was not impressed with at all. Would of gave more star's but because of the experience i had with this person . When I called to ask about the tint problem I got rude remarks. Hopefully I don't have to have anymore contact with this person. The rest of staff was great.

Repair or replace my car alarm. I have the same malfunction with my remote start every two weeks or less. I keep bringing it back to Arlington but have much difficulty getting an appointment for repair. I was just told today, Friday, to call back on Manday for an appointment next week, REALLY.I purchased the extended warranty and am glad I did, but why am I having to constantly come back for the same unresolved malfunction?I am very disappointed
