“I must brag about this location! I normally go to the Mansfield location, but I was on that side of town, so I stopped there. The facility is SUPER clean, and the staff was friendly. The cashier very nicely convinced me to have my inside cleaned even though I didn't have time, but the way he spoke to me like he was concerned, made me change my mind. “Pretty good carwash. EZ in & out. The best part is their vacuuming areas, it’s free & usually plenty of spots open. Each station has a free spray bottle of water, rags & place to clamp down your car mats to clean them. I had to detail my car & was there over 2 hrs! It’s clean & they let you stay without hassling you to leave like other car washes.”
“I visited this location for a full auto detail service ($180). Beforehand, I made sure to remove or bag up all personal items—clearing out the cup holders, consoles, door pockets, and any loose belongings into tool bags. However, just before entering the car wash, I stopped to get gas then paid for service with credit card and accidentally left my credit card in the center console cup holder.
The car wash team did an amazing job—several hours of work, and my truck looked fantastic. I was really impressed with the quality of the detail.
Unfortunately, two days later, I noticed strange charges on that same credit card—small amounts at local places like Walgreens, gas stations, Uber, and convenience stores in Fort Worth. The charges started the day after my visit to the car wash. That’s when I realized my credit card was missing from the console.
I immediately contacted my credit card company to freeze the account and report the fraud, and I also filed a report. I'm still getting alerts about declined charges like Uber Eats.
I called the car wash and spoke with Jose, the manager, to inform him of what happened. Despite this incident, I still think the team did an excellent job detailing the vehicle. I don’t believe the theft reflects the business as a whole, and I wouldn’t want them to suffer over one person’s actions.
I do recommend this place for detailing services—but I also strongly recommend removing all valuables before your visit.
6/6/2025 - Update: I spoke with Jose, the manager, just to make him aware of the situation. I wasn’t expecting anything in return, and nothing was offered—and that’s totally fine. The team there does great work and takes pride in what they do. I’m 100% certain the card I used to pay was left in the console, and it was no longer there after the service. Unfortunately, it was later used for fraudulent charges.
That said, I still believe they have hardworking staff and provide excellent detailing. Just a reminder to everyone—always double-check and remove all personal items before handing over your vehicle!”

“I love going to Carmel car wash. This is a drive thru automated car wash. They have a card that you can load money on and always offer me a deal to reload my card such as a free Full Service Wash, Tire Shine and vacuum when my funds get low. This car wash has a sitting area where you can sit while your car is being cleaned and even has a small fenced area for dogs. Im a regular at Carmel car wash and I highly recommend them”

“I greatly enjoy this place, however the only issue I encountered is with the monthly plans, I’m on the 29.95 one but for some reason I’m getting charged twice a month, every other week, I figured this would be the case because I remember going through there one time and they had to take my card again because apparently the thing that scans you to go in wasn’t “working”, when I know for a fact I paid for it once already, aside from that minor error that was HOPEFULLY due to forgetfulness, everything else is noice”
