Just left this place try to give them business. Since my business is across the street.
They try to give me $90 for IPad 10th gen with LTE network for pawn.
But they have an iPad older generation push home button for $200
Took it Cash Pawn in south Cooper gave me $150. Just needed a quick loan but $90 this place is ridiculous. lol she try to say it came out 2022. I told her this the latest ipad. I wouldn’t pawn anything here.
To buy probably their over price.

I will never get anything else from this location. $500 wasted they don’t call you to remind you of layway payments. Then call you a month later to tell you your items have been pulled. Who does that bad customer service.

These people sold my wife a drill overpriced with no attachments. Didn't explain to her how the returns work. Then gonna say I can pawn it. It's been 4 days..... but that's ok I recommend you go to another location besides this one. I wish I could give it a 0 star rating

New manager is very kind and knowledgeable. Gives great prices on the jewelry, tools, electronics, etc. Treats customers with respect and not rude at all, very patient. Store is usually very busy!

Was always greated with the up most customer service up until today. A woman working there was absolutely rude. Great past childhood memories, never coming back here again! Was going to purchase before receiving that treatment, but decided to leave.

This Alex guy who is a manager there need to go He is an ass poor customer service and he act like everyone who go pawn o sell stuff there is criminal or a drug attack dont go here dont waste your time go to the one on the same street up ahead they are great customer service and they do gave u more then what u ask for sometime I been a customer for 10 year and by far this Alex need to go else where I heard even people who work there with him dont like him there was 2 people who quit couldnt stand him
