Very pleasant and helpful clerk. The store is very clean and well organized. I use the Balance D8 to get a good night's sleep and it works very well for that. I highly recommend it and American Shaman.

I was amazed by the lack of quality assurance and customer service provided by the owners of this location.On April 1, I visited the store to make a purchase. It was not until April 7 that I opened the product. My vape was not compatible with the product, so I contacted the owner, who informed me there was no return policy or exchange after 48 hours. In response to the feedback, I contacted my bank. Having spoken with my bank, I called back to obtain another copy of the receipt. After speaking with the owner's husband, I was asked why I needed a receipt. An issue arose when the gentleman inquired about the purpose of the receipt. I explained what had occurred. I made a mistake during the discussion and stated that I had not used the product until April 8. After I stated different dates, he accused me of lying and I used profanity and was extremely unprofessional by saying "I'm not trying to be a dick about it"I kept a professional tone until he called me a liar. He stated he did not care that I left a review and didn't try to help find remediation. My occupation revolves around quality assurance from the consumer's perspective, and the lack of quality I encountered blew my mind. It is my intention to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. During this entire situation, the only thing I wanted was another copy of my receipt. Instead, I was called a liar and cursed at.

Great place, very friendly staff and a comfortable environment. Staff is very knowledgeable on terps and a lot of the newer science that comes with the field. I go there for CBD cigs, ended up buying a CBD coffee (original) and this coffee is some of the best if not the best. I drink my black and it’s just a warm hug- amazing taste. The Cigs have helped me quit tobacco and burn very nicely.
