Actually listened to what I wanted done on my truck. No hassle. Payton was consistent with communication throughout the whole process. The only place I’m taking my trucks to for mods. Same day service and loaner. Everything is as advertised.

I would highly recommend Central Aps to anyone who is looking for up grades on their truck. Ask for Payton, very friendly and will provide you with good information and is not pushy on getting certain things. Also installed some recon lights and made my truck stand out even more.
Listen to what I was looking and made it happen. Customer service was extremely amazing. From the phone call to meeting in person. Military friendly and gave a discount for being a veteran. Payton kept me up to date on everything. They even gave a loaner car to drive around until my truck was completed. One day turn around was also amazing. Highly recommend anyone to check them out.

Payton and his team were absolutely amazing! I had previously used another person for all my aftermarket modifications on five jeeps to date. Unfortunately, he passed away and I was really torn about where to go with my Jeep Gladiator . Payton and the team at Central alps were like an answered prayer. He was absolutely awesome to work with both on budget and choices and his patience was amazing. Outstanding service and awesome results at Central Alps. I have been wanting to lift my 2020 Ram Laramie for quite some time and was getting frustrated with the process. I did a lot of research myself and had the vision of the way I wanted my truck to look and perform. I wanted my Ram to look more like a 4x4, but not anything flashy or over the top. I also wanted to keep it at a realistic budget. I started visiting several off-road shops across DFW. The majority of the shops I visited either tried to talk me into a lift that didn’t really go with my vision or they would try to sell me their most expensive kits.
I reached out Central Alps. I was contacted by Payton Madison via text and we discussed what I wanted for my truck. I visited Central Alps and met with Payton. He sat down with me and my wife and patiently listened to and answered every question we had. We left without purchasing and went home to think about all the options.
A few days and texts later with Payton, I decided to go with the Readylift 3.5 SST LIFT KIT and the 295/65R20 Toyo Open Country A/T III. When I picked up my truck, I was extremely satisfied. It looked exactly the way I wanted it.
I want to say thanks to Payton and all the staff at Central Alps. You created a good looking truck that has been fun and great to drive. She rides smooth and handles awesome. Thank you Central Alps.

My main man Payton really made this experience for a first timer who had never had work done to their truck truly remarkable!! His communication and attention to detail is truly commendable!
My truck came out amazing, and it quite honestly exceeded my expectations on what I had originally anticipated. The service is top tier and the crew in the shop definitely deserve a cold one for the work they put in!!
The team and atmosphere here is definitely on point with the work they do from the customer service team to the crew in the shop.
