Went on Sunday ,for starters everyone works and if you really hate your job quit!Chick with the braids Attitude horrible.Of course sometimes we all don't feel like a full convo but a simple 3 second hi or hello is all it takes.If you don't like people quit instead of giving customers a Rbf!So of course she doesn't speak just stares,so I I spoke to her very politely ,she flat out ignored me and wouldnt speak back.Second thing is all of my items were on the mark down rack and they were all the same thing just in different colors None of them rang up the right price not did she care,just scanned away.So I look at my receipt and notice and have to get back in a line.Unexceptable customer service all around!.

I asked very nicely if they had a bag to put stuff in and the 3 ladies at the counter just looked at me without giving any answer so I asked again and they just nodded. As I was turning around, the lady at the register said "like we got carts and or what" extremely rude and forget customer skills, they don't even have the basic manners. Idk who the manager is but they do not care about their customers or even how the store is organized. This was on 11/12. I would recommend to go to another location then dealing with rude employees.

0 customer service! Manager is mean and needs to learn about how to treat customers. Exchange policy is unacceptable and YOU CANNOT get your money back!!! Quality of clothes is very poor! Would rather order from China than here!

The manger Nelly left a person in training alone on a Friday. I don’t know if it lack of management, but I find that highly irresponsible. I don’t blame the trainiee. She was a overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. I blame the manager for leaving her alone. Knowing she was not properly trained.

Just left Charlotte Russe at the Parks Mall and the girls have a dog staying with them behind the counter!! the dog didn’t even have a collar on or a leash !!
