The ATMs are useless, one just stole more than 600 dollars from me and broke it in my face without giving me a receipt and the money does not appear in my account. Chase fix your ATMs

Went in to open a checking account and was told I needed an appointment. The soonest time they could give me is almost 2 weeks away. Never heard of a bank refusing to open an account for you with cash in hand.

Tried calling the office and no answer. Automatic system said call the 1-800# I need to speak to someone from the branch ! Not good when people can't answer a business call sad .

We were trying to access the atm machine it's a Saturday night normally the parking lot is empty. But the att stadium has an event and all of these bold people decided to park at the chase parking lot since Noone is securing this bank. They blocked the drive-thru atm and I can't park to go inside to access the atm it's packed with people who decided to score a free parking spot. Unless if I'm wrong and chase sold these spots which I doubt there was no sign or no one selling. Chase needs to do something as a paying customer we should not be struggling to access our money.

Came in for Lunar New Year envelopes and quick withdraw of money, Anthony L was so helpful and fast! Chase is def my favorite bank for this amazing event.
