No matter what time of day I go in this bank they only have 2 tellers, very rarely 3, working inside. The line is almost out the door and you have to stand there at least 20 minutes maybe longer before being helped. This is not acceptable. I can understand if it happens sometimes, but EVERY SINGLE TIME. This huge bank and they have no outside tellers so you have to go in. For people with severe disabilities this is very difficult and Chase is not accommodating to folks with severe disabilities. Do better Chase bank. You need to open up the outside tellers booths.

It’s a disappointing to share, branch manager and officer both are fully worst. I went there for add my spouse to my account. I have bill documents on her name. But they’re again and again saying that, if bank review team refused then my account gonna be freeze. I give them 3-4documents on her name, Seriously I will complain this issue with Bank headquarters and law and agency. They are fully unprofessional and wastage employee of the bank.

Worst service ever they are really slow and rude just for a deposit or cash a check it take from 30 to 40 minutes in the line they need to replace that slow and rude people

Worst Chase location. Melissa the manager is totally useless and clueless. I’ve been here several times. Each time asked to come back with a new document. Then I need to make appt each time to provide the documents they ask for. Gave up went to another branch and finally finalized setting up the accounts elsewhere. Came back to this branch and ran into Melissa to close the account, cut a cashiers check and simply deposit it in the account I set up the day prior. Melissa says she can’t help and that I need to make an appointment for a banker (shocker). Even that was too complicated for this supposed manager. Went to a different branch and the teller had zero issues. Shame on you Melissa, you’re a lazy and lousy example for your staff and it shows with all these negative reviews. I’ve got other choice words for a manager like you but will bite my tongue.

I can’t believed I’m with this bank over a decade. Ever since CORVID, their service was extremely slow. A simple service process take more than an hour half waiting…. Come on people!

I regularly come to this bank to make all my deposits, and sometimes I understand that there may be problems with the bank splits.This 1 star is for the slow and inefficient service from Alyssa.It took me more than 20 minutes to make two small deposits. ??

We had an appointment to open a business account with Joseph Yeboah, we got there early I moved all my appointments around just to make it to that appointment, I also booked it days in advance, and I got there and they told me Joseph’s appointments were cancelled for the day and that they supposedly sent emails canceling the appointment, but I never got any emails I checked all my emails even my spam. It was just very inconvenient, they should have atleast let me know earlier or added me to another bankers schedule for that day, their negligence cost me money for the day.

One of the terribly trained employees ruined many customers day. Came here to close the acct. Lady at front put us in waiting list and made us to wait for an hour. Another employee (supervisor) later told us that we shouldn't have to wait as it can be done at the counter. There were 3 other customers wasted more than an hour because of that st**** employee.

I have a business in Grand Prairie and I came to Arlington Pioneer branch, the truth is they make the job more difficult, I live near this branch, I do not have an account at this bank and they tell me that they are going to charge me $10 for each check I cash and accept! , and then the manager tells me that they can't cash my check,...... Because I don't have an account at this bank in the Pioneer branch. And I explained to him that in other branches I have always changed them. How can you trust again in coming to open an account in this bank, if the manager's treatment was not good, and having to go to the belt line and main St in Grand Prairie to change it.
