The worst of them all. People are busy calling out racism by white folks to colored people but not understanding that the colored people can do the same. This is not my regular chase bank location but decided to deposit my small business check there due to its proximity at that time. I was treated like a criminal and whisked away by security after the manager and her staff couldn’t answer questions related to that deposit. Apparently, if you can’t answer questions from a customer the next defensive thing to do is call security on them!!!
I am yet to file the complaint to cooperate office. A representation called me after I filed the complaint and praised how Crystal the rude and racist manager has been a great colleague but from my experience and from the previous google reviews, it is evidently clear that this is not the first time someone has complained of their “race discrimination “. The manager is Crystal….the most unprofessional person I have seen in any bank. I wish I took my phone out to record the whole ordeal but trust me when I tell you this…….better get your camera rolling if you are going to this Chase Bank location.

Worst customer service! Went for a business deposit the teller did not even greet, gave a irritated stare as i had about 10 small deposits. I made sure to fill the deposit slip and kept it organized yet the teller said 2 deposits had no deposit slips and they have night drop if i have a bunch of deposits. The drive thru was not even busy.

836 credit score 6 figure salary...Loan Mgr said Chase doesnt deal in used cars.....Didnt want to discuss questions on loan policies....directed me to website...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

No one greeted us even though there are people sitting around. People that came in after us were told, “welcome to chase!” The Hispanic teller with curly hair and glasses was not friendly to us but was telling everyone else “welcome to chase!” Poor customer service

One of my favorite branch they have a wonderful stuff especially Frank and his manager Olga they will go above and behind to make you satisfied and to work with you when it comes to Frank every time I walk in always welcome in always smile on his face he represent himself and Chase Administration and the best image ever thank you guys for everything

I went in to cash a cashier check and was racial profile acting like they couldn’t find the numbers on the check in their system acting like I made up the check ask to speak to a manager claim they wasn’t available and the supervisor that was available was racial profiling me because of the check amount. If you are Black please stay away from this bank because you will not be treated fairly

I came in speaking to (Issac), not professional at ANY level. He had his knee up on his desk and leaning back on his chair like if he was at home. His way of speaking to me and my wife was very very stuck up , like it was too much for him to speak to us. Was no way helpful in any way. This guy maybe needs to get (LAID!) maybe he can be more kinder in that way.

RACIAL PROFILING DO NOT GO HERE! I go to this bank REGULARLY, same time every month, to get a cashiers check for the same amount! Like normal I go through the drive thru, fill out my form and include my ID! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! Today there was a guy at the window telling me my ID wasn’t enough verification that I needed my SSN AND DEBIT CARD!!! SINCE WHEN??!!! Then he proceeds to say, well if the other people know you then it’ll be fine but I don’t so YOUR ID IS NOT ENOUGH. AGAIN…..SINCE WHEN?!!! I DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY CARD WITH ME because I never have to present it! Even with me giving him my SSN it wasn’t enough because I didn’t have my debit card or a credit card with my name on it!! I WILL DRIVE 100 MILES OUT THE WAY TO ANOTHER CHASE BANK BEFORE I EVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

Went in to open a bank account this week . The girls who greeted me were nice and friendly the lady that helped me was so rude ! She looked miserable every time asked her something she rolled her eyes and seemed bothered horrible experience .
