Not willing to help you and getting an appointment is near impossible. Walked in 40 minutes before they closed to see if I could get help since I couldn't get any answers online or on the phone. I was basically told I would have to come back between 9:00 to 3:00. For those of us who work jobs, how are we able to do that during the week?

Once again this bank has messed with the lives of the innocents.after trying to call and speak with a banker for 2 days (no one available to answer) I decided to go in and talk to a bank in regards to a simple question. All I wanted to know was could I cash a check from another bank if I don't have a chase account. The teller decides to take my check and go ask her manager, when she returns with my check, I noticed she went ahead and stamped the back of the check. She then states she was unable to cash my check since I was not a Chase member. She put a line though the stamp saying all should be good. Well, currently, I am unable to cash the check now because of this stamp!! They also said I could open an account with them, but they would put a 14 day hold on the check. This check is for rent, I don't have 14 days! Thank you Chase for once again being the reason I only bank with virtual banks!!

Very discourteous, combative service person ! Had to insist she do her job- she walked off & suppose supervisor sent her back . Finally did what we went in for- 91 yr old mom wanted to set up autopay for credit card. You’d think a simple task - fought us all the way !

You can NEVER get any help over the phone, not even to ask a question. This bank enjoys holding your money but not actually help anyone. You need an appointment for almost everything but can't reach anyone to make one.. completely useless...

I've tried to reach someone by phone at Bowen Road location this morning. 3 calls have been answered by machine. Don't any humans work there? This has been an on-going experience, not just today.

The branch manager, Melissa Fischer, will not help you if any problems arise with your account. She refused to look past 2 months of charges to see when permission was established with my account to incur overdrafts. I tried telling her it never was. She then said that, while my account has never been overdrawn like it had just done (it literally couldn't... I had set the account up 15 years ago to where it couldn't), she said if she helped me fix the 18 overdraft charges that posted to my account, that it would be discrimination... that if she helped me fix something that has never once happened in 15 years, she would have to help everyone. Another way to word that is to say that is to say that Chase Bank discriminates against all of their customers in lieu of ill gotten gains. I am leaving Chase Bank after 15 years, officially, tomorrow. Thank you for showing me what Chase Bank really cares about, Melissa: Their bottom line, not their customers.

I have never been treated so rudely. The "manager" (small man with beard) was unbelievably condescending. I have over $35,000 in two accounts there and could not get any help with a minor matter. Seriously tool SEVEN in-person visits. The ATM outside never works. Im driving across town to the downtown branch where they are polite and helpful. The voicemail for the branch says they're helping someone else and please call back later. The people there tell you to call the 800 number, who then tells you to call the branch directly. It is a vicious cycle and I don't see anyone working when I have to go in. A lot of chatting.

Do NOT use this bank! My phone was hacked and they just laughed. They took everything.Spoke with the "manager", and brought in printed proof. They laughed?Asked them to flag my account, limit was set at $125 and I'd receive a text...that didn't happen. $1K was taken and told me it was my fault. I asked for a bit of cushion until my next ssdi check, and denied.She's amusing. I will contact the ADA, (I'm severely disabled with a service dog, and service person who can assist) and she was LESS THAN HELPFUL.Customer for more than two decades. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

THIS BRANCH HAS COMMITTED GROSS NEGLIGENCE WITH OUR ACCOUNTS. Someone fraudulently went inside this branch and opened a new account under my husbands name and then drained all our joint accounts. The employee responsible is Wasem Elsaleh and now we have called all day long and neither the supervisor nor the employee will pickup the phone. They accept fake documents and are reckless with your money and then do not want to take responsibility. Keep your money in a shoebox.
