This is the worst experience I've had with a Chase ATM, and it's not even the staff of the bank -- it was the drive-thru ATM. I had to deposit some cash I received from my friend, and I went through the drive-thru with no wait. Everything was OK until I realized that the ATM would not take my cash, which sometimes does happen (maybe because my cash was too wrinkly?) Anyways, I decided to make multiple deposits by splitting it in half. The first half worked fine, and now as I'm making the second deposit, the money didn't go through and it just says "To be sure your deposit went through, please call us at ___." How does an ATM not just take cash? So now I'm stuck here, waiting on Chase and they had to file a claim for me. The only reason why it's getting 2 stars (vs. 1) is because they said they can post an "immediate temporary credit." I just hate having something on hold and I know this doesn't align with the Chase brand because I've NEVER had any bad experience with this bank. The ATM machine looked old (they didn't take tap-to-pay) and maybe it may be the reason why. Hopefully, I don't have to give any other Chase banks any more bad reviews because I really do like this brand.

What an awful customer service I just experienced. I went in for a simple dispute document that I needed resolved and they didn't have the document. I was told by a representative I could just walk into any chase to quickly get this solved. As I was waiting, the only banker available started to help me than disappeared. I continued to wait and after awhile another representative randomly came up to me and said that the banker was on a call for approximately 20-40min. She recommended me to go to another chase bank to get this resolved. I felt like an invaluable customer. Don't come here.

I have went into this Chase Bank branch because I already have a credit card with them but I was looking for a local bank because I just moved to the area. I got a promotion in the mail that you can get $300 for opening a checking account and getting direct deposit. I tried doing it online since I already had an account with them but it errored out and told me I need to actually physically go to a branch. I went there early afternoon at during the middle of a work week and I was waiting literally for over an hour and a half for a banker to help me open the checking account. It was not very busy at all but you will continually move back I guess if we don't have an appointment? During the wait I noticed there's a lot of empty office cubes in this Bank. I don't know if they're trying to save money but they definitely need to help hire somebody whether it be temporarily or on call to help with the flow a business that comes in. It seemed that day most transactions took over half an hour to complete due to the wait. Not to mention the ATM was down inside the bank. When I finally spoke to them the woman Denisse was extremely helpful and polite opening my account. Great customer service experience however they need to hire more people to help these ladies.

A pretty good place to bank, right in the shadow of the Mother Ship.
