Took my daughters mustang in following an accident. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Shop submitted a supplemental which went through pretty easily. Parts took a while to get there and probably could've been a little more communicative during that delay, but always knew the timeline when I called. I waited a few weeks to see how the repairs would hold up and no issues. Overall I would use them again.

I was recommended by a friend of mine but with all smaller shops the average person is skeptical. I had went to 3 other spots and they weren't personal so I decided to give City Collision a shot. From the time I stepped in they were personable and knowledgeable. The ladies greeted me and gave me my estimate immediately. I advised them of my concerns and they were handled immediately. I dropped my car off and in 48 hours it was ready. As I was paying I met a young man by the name of Brian and realized he was the owner. We chatted about everything except my car. They pulled my car around and I was very thankful they did my car. It looked as when they day I bought it. I Had The Worst Experience Here & I Honestly Wish I Would Have Went With Service King. My Car Has Been Here For Over A Month Because Of Their Lack Of Reading Thoroughly & Their Lack Of Communication. I Had To Call For My Updates They Didn't Keep Me In The Loop At All So I Was Stuck Without A Car For Over A Month. Imagine My Frustration... I Called Before Pick Up To See What I Needed To Be Prepared For Financially & They Assured Me That Everything Would Be Paid For By The Insurance. I Get Here To Pick It Up Only To Find Out That I Did Need To Pay & Not Only That My Car Wasn't Even Finished On Time... This Has Been A Horrible Experience & All They Could Say Was Sorry Smh I Really Advise You All To Go Elsewhere Because It's Not Worth The Frustration & Hassle.

My new little red Chevy Equinox was rear ended and there are so many sensors, I just knew it was never going to be the same again. I took my car to City Collision & working with Brian was an absolute pleasure!
Not only was I treated as REAL PERSON & not just a number, he kept me informed on insurance and repair progress, my car was repaired in a timely manner and it’s good as new, sensors and all!

My vehicle was on hold at their shop forever with little to no communication. Now, come to find out months later my rear cargo window windshield washer fluid is spraying inside the back of my vehicle instead of outside on to the glass. I do not recommend this place.
