It will be a month of my Jeep being at this dealership. They don't answer the phone or give you an update on your repairs. I do not recommend going to this dealership. The worst service I have ever had.

Let me start off with that I never have posted a positive or negative review on anyone. But I feel like people need to know not to take their business to this dealership. Here is my story: I only gave them one star because I had to choose something. They are the worst with customer service. They have had my jeep for 1.5 weeks and they still don't know what is wrong with it. I honestly don't even think they have looked at it. We have called, texted and left messages for the service advisor and til this day he has not returned a phone call or a text message. I personally walked in this morning and spoke with the service advisor and then I spoke with this manager which is the service director and he promised that he would call us by 10am. I tried calling the service director but he doesn't have a direct number to him like the service advisors do. So I called the service advisor and he answered the phone by saying. " I'm in a mandatory meeting can I call you back?" He didn't even say hello this is ________ can I call you right back. This is a great example of the POOR customer service at this dealership. I them called the dealership and asked for the service director and the young lady told me that he was in a mandatory meeting. So I asked for his boss. Which she said was the General Manager. But that he wasn't there but I could leave him a voicemail. So I agreed to do that. I was transferred to a voicemail that didn't have a name or anything. It just beeped and said to leave a message. So I hung up and called the main number again. The same young lady answered and I asked her for the General Managers name and explained that the voicemail she transferred me to didn't have a voicemail and she said that the General Manager doesn't have a voicemail set up no asked if the other employees did and she said yes. Isn't that weird how the General Manager doesn't have voicemail set up and he is a General Manager. I'm starting to see the trend of why employees there don't treat people right. If your upper management doesn't care why would the employees. BAD MANAGEMENT / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent service and staff was courteous. Dealer provided a loaner since the repair could have taken a few days. I will use this dealership for service on my Ram in the future.

Just wanted to get on here and thank Chris for helping me out. Once again I had a smooth process getting help and getting my truck repaired in a timely manner. Chris is the reason I decided to return. The man is honest and very upfront with you. He will lay down the options for you and will give his honest opinion on what will be beneficial. And in today’s time it’s very hard finding somebody that’s going to be helpful rather than just try to get every penny out of you. 10/10 service from him.
