I was severely disappointed in my experience with Arturo at this location. While driving the hour it takes to get there, I decided to give Arturo a call to check on our appointment. He did not answer, I was left to leave a voicemail. Once I arrived after driving for a while, he had the audacity to casually state that his phone was dead and he didn’t even know where it was. How do you expect to be in contact with possible customers, if you are unable to even charge your phone? Apparently, the car was sold earlier that morning. I was there for an evening appointment. He had ample time to let me know. Arturo did not call me, or anything to save me the two hour total drive. This was beyond unprofessional and all he had to say was, “Sorry”. In the future, I hope he finds his phone and learns how to charge it so he can actually make a sale. The hardest customer to get, is the customer you just lost. Do better Clay Cooley.

Eddie Houston fights to get his customers the absolute best deal. He is a fair and honest salesman, no hidden fees, and he seems to just be a good all around person.
If you need a car and want a good and honest deal, go see Eddie asap! Im only giving a 5 star review because of Eddie.

Financing was quick, but the signing of the paperwork way too long as I understand the finance / salesman on the financing end job is to encourage customer to purchase additional services , insurance etc, I feel it was completely rude and unnecessary to take as long as he did. Also, know your credit score and competitive market rates. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge and give you a higher rate then you actually qualify for!

Went by here and the short Arab looking guy, I think his name was Adam, he helped me out big time. He took really good care of me and my vehicle.
I won't go any where else but here for all of my vehicle repair needs.
Go by and see Adam and tell him Tony Sent you.

Friendly staff, but waste of time. Online prices do not include a "mandatory warranty" that will up increase the price. Fine Print Disclaimer is posted and a "Family Warranty" is included "free of charge" but nothing stating additional coverage being mandatory. Highly disappointing experience.

Daniel in the parts department is amazing! The service manager told me my window switch (that I've had problems with since I bought the car brand new) was NOT covered under warranty anymore. Daniel took 5 minutes to look it up and found out it was still under warranty and had it looked at and the problem diagnosed.

Great Service!!! I will be back!!!! Adam is the best Service Representative!! I can’t remember the other service advisors name she’s a lady!!! She’s amazing as well! They really take good care on me when I bring my car. Adam helps me right on the spot!! 🙏🏾

I'm extremely satisfied with the service that I receive at the service department. OMG ! I was greeted by Gary the mechanic Daniel parts manager Mrs Jo, Mr. Jesse, and Mr. Adam's. The service and Amazing customer care is extremely special. In addition the customer waiting are is clean. THANK YOU.

Arturo was excellent, very helpful, along with the staff that helped support him & me in purchasing a vehicle.
Arturo worked diligently to answer all of my questions, as well as provide me with the style and color I really wanted. I appreciated his effort and time, I would definitely recommend requesting him to assist you.
