This place and entire staff are amazing!!! It was my first time visiting for lab work and was greeted by Victor. He was soo nice and personable. Made me feel like I was safe and welcome. Then was shortly greeted by Michelle whom was also super welcoming. I knew I was already going to be a piece of work, for lack of a better term, due to the fact I have VERY small veins. They did a very good job of working with me as I don’t do well with needles or pain! Not only was it an overall great experience but I feel like I left with new friends!!!

Staff is not friendly at all.Phlebotomist that drew blood seem immediately irritated as I told her that everyone always had trouble with the veins in my arms collapsing. I told her the last time I came in the woman took blood from a vein in top of my hand and I didn't even feel it.This phlebotomist was horrible! Stuck me three times and kept saying my veins were "rolling" on her. Then after finally getting a vein, she kept moving the needle within my hand and each time, I winced. When she was done she pulled the needle and immediately took gauze and placed it on my hand and with her thumb and fingers began to squeeze my hand tightly. Thumb on top of my hand at the needle site and other fingers below. She said... keep pressure on this for a little while. She continued to squeeze my hand to the point that I almost yelled out.It was a death clinch! It felt as if my bones were breaking in my hand. She finally got some tape and wrapped my hand tightly.I didn't dare say a word, because I felt her attitude change when I first mentioned my other blood drawings and how smoothly they went and suggested what works for me.I honestly think the pressure on my hand was way more than needed and looking back it does not seem unlikely that she was going OVERBOARD to teach me a lesson?.Here it is six days later and my entire top of my hand is a black blob. It looks like I slammed it in a door or had a car wreck!!For all you "professionals" out there. Please be aware that after the age of 65... our skin, and pain tolerance decreases and you can bruise us easily with your strength.I am going to ask my doctor if there is another lab in the future when i need a blood draw. BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE.!!

Terrible. The phlebotomist didn’t even put on a fresh pair of gloves before drawing my blood. She was rude and unprofessional. This place is not hygienic. I will never return here.

Good discounts, small staff so service is slow. Results usually in 2days or less.

I found the building location pretty easily. Check-in was fine. there were no issues with the receptionist, and I was brought back fairly quickly. My review is based on my experience with the blood draw procedure itself. The phebotomist was thorough in making sure I was the correct person for the blood draw. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about her. as soon as she stuck the needle in the middle of my inner arm, I had burning and tingling shoot down my arm. I said "ouch that hurts," and her manner was very flippant, "oh its just the alcohol burning your skin." She finished the draw, instead of removing the needle at my discomfort, and confirmed that the information was correct on the tube. I still had the tingling pain, and she asked if I was ok, and I said "no not really, it's still a burning pain." And she said,"I don't know what it is. That's never happened before. I didn't stick the needle that deep." That really put me off.Well, today, I still have a burning and tingling sensation when I bend my arm at the elbow where the inject site was, so it seems she may have done some kind of nerve damage. I think this company may need to do some more training for their workers to recognize nerve pain and cease the draw if their patient is uncomfortable. I have sensation in my fingers and hand, and the tingling sensation on my skin is not as bad as yesterday, but please if you go here make sure to tell them to pick a vein NOT directly in the middle of your arm. I've had my doctor's nurse draw blood from the same arm, and NEVER have I had nerve pain during the procedure. I didn't get the name of the lady that drew blood, but I wish I had so that the managers of the place would know that she isn't that good at her job.I sure hope this gets better. I can't believe a simple blood draw could cause nerve pain. Shameful.
