Y'all keep sending emails asking me to rate a maintenance request which I never requested. I requested for the office to call me to resolve an issue with your cockroach infested apartment building (upstairs neighbors confirmed they also have roach and spider issues) was marked resolved when in fact it was never resolved. Please stop sending me random emails to rate a made up maintenance request on google. July can’t come quick enough to get out of these trash apartments. Very unfortunate that previous management worked so hard to keep these apartments in good shape, just for new management to make it trash!

Other than the stress I put on myself during the move, the entire leasing team has been nothing but supportive, communicative, sweet, and welcoming. This is the best standard of apartment I’ve been in with a great price. I look forward to a long stay.

Put in a work order for my tub several times. Each time someone new comes to look at it and took pictures and said they would come back and they haven't. This was a month ago!! Still waiting!

Do not move here. I moved here and I had roaches I emailed them for 1 month and a half and came and sprayed twice them roaches ate that up. So I told them I just want out of my lease. They said I still had to pay so me waiting on corporate to respond back they changed my locks so I can’t get in to get my stuff so please beware of the infestation of roaches.

I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment at this wonderful complex, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I inquired about the unit, Kamryn and Amanda from the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the leasing process a breeze.One of the stand out features of this apartment is the abundance of natural sunlight that floods both the bedroom and living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I love it here!This apartment rental has exceeded my expectations in every way. The attentive staff, beautiful natural lighting, convenient amenities, and the added bonus of an in-unit washer and dryer have made it a fantastic place to call home.

My family moved in at the beginning of October so far I love it here the entire staff was welcome I absolutely love all three of the ladies in the office very quiet the Park is my daughter favorite spot I love that I can see the park from her room or my front door and the move in was very affordable and smooth we will be renewing our lease when the time comes

I have lived here on and off once back in 2014-2015 and currently since 2021 When I tell you that the change and experience I have seen here it is beyond above and beyond this complex is more than just an apartment to me it is my home, and where I want to stay for as long as I can Kamryn, Amanda, and Sierra you ladies are nothing but great, and understanding I love yall, and the maintenance team they work until the project or request is done, and always make sure we have what we need to stay accommodated thank you again for making this home for us.

The neighborhood isn't safe. There are many robberies a& shootings in the surrounding areas. We've heard gunshots within the complex in May 2023. There have been several car-jackings in the area also. Our neighbors have had their vehicles broken into. Most recently, a neighbor spotted boys around 12, carrying guns & checking cars. There are police & constables in the complex pretty much daily.Communication with residents just doesn’t exist. Manager Amanda will tell you to contact her if you need anything, but she will rarely responds to emails. When she says she will call, it will take at least 3 weeks of being blown off & constant following up on your part to receive it. Unless you send something to corporate, she will contact you pretty quickly after. If she does do her job, she will ask for a complimentary review on Google as a "thank you." like she is helping you out & not doing her job as a manager.We had mold in our laundry room & bathroom, outlets that did not work, 1 burner on the stove that only worked on high, ceiling was peeling, refrigerator didn’t keep cold, carpets were dirty & disgusting, dishwasher barely worked, all of which was shown to Amanda via a walk-through we had with her after constant attempts to reach her for about a month. She assured us that all would be taken care of. However, I couldn't get a return email when I had tried to reach out on multiple occasions. When nothing was taken care of like she said it would be, I started putting in repetitive work orders to have things replaced, which they eventually did. We also had to fight to have our broken door jamb replaced, which should’ve been fixed right when we reached out, since that’s dangerous & left us vulnerable to break-ins while it was broken.We’ve had to handle pest control on our own despite paying for it, & having let the office know we were having issues with small roaches, as our neighbors left trash in piles at their doors for days at a time. The dumpsters are in an constantly have garbage spilling out into the parking lot. Including many couches, & beds which is never a good sign.No one cleans up after their pets, leaving the yards a minefield & very smelly. Pet owners have their pets off leash, which is unsafe for their dogs and ours. I've witnessed a dog attack myself by a dog off-leash. It was brutal & traumatizing for all involved.Maintenance does not actually fix anything, so much as they rig them with a temporary fix. Also, if they replace an appliance or fix anything, we almost always had to call them back as they’ve left something else broken, covered in paint or debris. They painted my door frame without letting us know; the paint got all over my doormat, our hands, and a package that had been delivered, as there was no indication that painting had happened. I emailed Amanda about this, hoping to have my property replaced, but never heard back. We Also pay to change our own air filters & clean our own air ducts, etc. as they do not do any kind of preventative maintenance at all, which is dangerous.The plumbing being messed up leads to MANY water shut-offs, often without warning (I did document many dates and times in which this occurred). They always claim it was an emergency, but never send out the email, or if they do, it’s an hour after the fact. If they do give you notice, they say just "a few hours" which could actually be up to 8+ hours.The pool was closed for years, but when it was finally opened, they made it available 24/7. It was also filthy, & the grounds were destroyed within a day. I saw underwear, food, paper plates, etc floating in the water. There are always unattended kids at the pool & playground. I have watched them rip up the ground of the play area with their bare hands. Once, we had kids jumping on our truck like it was a play gym when it was parked near the playground which is our only allowed assigned spot, even though there are two of us.The weed & cigarette smell at all hours of the day and n

I have family members here now. I almost moved here... so happy I didn't. Family complains about the insect issues they have. But most recently, as in right now, the AC unit isn't working properly. Management told my family that the unit is measuring 77° on the inside, and it's over 100° outside, so "the unit is working properly". Are they fqng kidding??? We are in Texas. 100+ Temps are not normal, globally. Regardless 77 is not acceptable for people with health problems such as asthma, which my family member has. This is unacceptable. Any public place that is open right now is COOOOOL, regardless of the Texas temperature, so please stop giving that excuse and replace the unit!!! How dare you tell someone that! I can promise you that she sits in her NICE, COOL OFFICE AT LESS THAN 77°!!! I have advised my family members to contact corporate if the issue is not resolved today. To ALL RESIDENTS: Withhold rent in an escrow account or pay for an HVAC Tech and deduct it from the rent if you are having issues with this company. Document EVERYTHING! No one should have to live like this!!!No feedback necessary... as it is the same ROBOTIC feedback on each review. Just resolving the issue will suffice. Thanks

the pictures they have on google is false advertisement, the parking sucks. neighbors were nosey, & loud & complained about everything . never fixed anything in the apartment, when you requested something to get fixed never got fixed. the cieling fan literally almost broke off. told maintence and the office . did absolutely nothing . the trim at the bottom of the sinks in the bathroom were not done left it as is. the referigerator that they provided you with didnt work my food would go bad in two days. the washer and dryer they provided you with was never clean not once. there was dirt and grime inside of it it was disgusting and i washed my clothes in that. disgusting. the floor kept ripping off . never fixed that. if your coming to the reviews to see if this place is good to live at i do not reccomend . staff manager. is terrible.when our lease was up instead of mailing our last month they decided to send it to collections instead. when we had already renewed our lease and simply could have put our bill into our new mail box they wanted to be dumb and say "they mailed it " and never did. the staff is dumb and incompetent . for two years the pool was never opened the gym was claimed to be 24 hours was never open only when staff was there . making you pay for amenties that arent even being used. rip off and scammers. dont fall for their dumb shit.

I’m very disappointed in Cobbelstone . When I first moved in they seemed like they had good service . I had loud noisy neighbors which the apartments told me to report , but did nothing about it . Them there was a very bad insect situation where I was bitten several times. Pest control had to come out 10 times . Recently the water was shut off several times with short notice , such as they notified us same day . When the water company came they moved a huge pile of dirt into the parking spot I pay for . I was told by a leasing agent that the maintenance team would come and power spray it with no problem . It’s a week and a half later and they stated that the service request was closed , but it was not done . When I called the leasing office to verify what happened they said “oh they went and sprayed someone else’s because we have several “ even though my carport number was listed . She didn’t apologize for it, she made up excuses and then finally said “I don’t know why this wasn’t done” I will be reaching out to bridge properties

Had to lower my rating and add to my review from a year ago. The water is frequently turned off with no notice. I tried turning on the shower this morning after working out, and nothing. When I called to ask about it, the woman said it would be back on “sometime this afternoon.” They didn’t give any warning in advance, nor did they send out an email saying when it would be back on. Today is a work day, and I can’t shower after working out. I’m literally calling friends to see if I can shower at their house. This happens way too often. It’s so frustrating! Not communicating with residents about it is unacceptable.———————————————————————I’ve lived here for well over a decade, and I’ve had many mixed experiences over the years. I felt like the complex was really going downhill over the past few years, and I was ready to leave. BUT…Amanda L. became the new manager in March and things have done a complete turnaround for the better in that short time. I’m VERY impressed with her compassion and genuine commitment to customer service.The maintenance team is awesome, as they’ve always been.
