What an absolute mess this location is. I never would have kept my money here had I known how incompetent they would be during a home purchase and trying to get funds wired to the title company three times, and three times failed!And the worst part is they never admit a mistake or notify anything has gone wrong, while the title company is waiting patiently for half the day, and eventually calling saying that nothing has come through.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a customer write me a check for $3500. The guys showed me he had the funds in his account and the check was good. I go into this bank, as I'm waiting for them to get verification they begin to attempt getting my accounts as any sales person would do. I was there for 45 minutes. 45 minutes!! I was treated less than respectful my management and the young lady at the counter. As I sat waiting, I decided to look at the reviews. Wow! To my surprise every branch is full of complaints. Do these people not care anymore. Has to be the sorriest bank on earth. Needless to say due to their process at this bank and not being able to cash the check, I filed a $35,000 lawsuit and theft of services against their customer. Sad they do not care about their customers. They do not care about banking ethics and the American values we are so proud of here. All they care about obviously is who they can screw around next

These people does not know nothing anytime i have any issue with my business account they telling me lots of reason for that at end tell you ok we give you a number call to that number.

If I could give this location a 0 stars, I would gladly do it. I have been with Comerica for 4yrs with no issues up until 3 to 4 months ago. My debit card was 'compromised' so they cancelled and sent me a new one. Since then bogus charges have been made to my acct which has resulted in it being overdrawn and then the 38.00 fees being charged. Specifically there was 3 .50 charges that were made on my debit card that was cancelled which apparently it wasn't or charges would not show up on it. I received 9 38.00 overdraft fees, yes 9. The Manager Wanda Brown has refused to refund me my money. Now an investigation has to be completed. Meanwhile I have other bills j cannot pay. I attempted to move my acct to another location and was told by Customer Service that canmot happen. So when it's completed I am sure I will not get my money back. I hope they enjoy keeping money that does not belong to them.

The tellers are very friendly and courteous when I went. Comerica is not my favorite bank since it lacks features that I would like (i.e. two-factor authentication, no fees for inter transfers to other account holders, etc.), but this location does a good job of helping me in a timely manner.

I attempted to close my business checking account and it went overdrawn because I had a recurring debit, so I closed my debit cards and brought it current again. THEN, I had some recurring ACH debits come through and was hit with over $600 in fees because they pinged my account - Comerica never paid the pending transactions but charged me anyways and now wants over $700 in fees or they're going to charge off my account. SO GLAD I SWITCHED TO FROST BANK.

First off this bank has three doors you go through to get into it, none of which are handicap accessible and while I am not handicap I am on crutches and struggled to get through them. I make it into the branch to be told if I want to cash my paycheck I must pay $21 because I do not have an account with them. My employer does have an account and is a "premiere member", but I guess they feel like they should get a percentage of my hard earned money which turns me off to even consider opening an account there. Finally, as I am leaving the bank the branch manager, who is sitting near the door with two other employees talking, does not make a move to help me with the door as I try to push it open and not fall forward but rather looks at me and says "hope you feel better". I feel Comerica is a terrible bank with terrible employees and I would never give them a dime of my money under any circumstance whatsoever.
