I’ve been going to Comet Cleaners on Bowen for ~ 9 months & have been 100% pleased with the results plus love the exceptional teamwork by Monica, Eva & Alexa. This group is super organized & efficient plus bring a great positive vibe of energy & humor. It is ALWAYS uplifting & a pleasure to see them. I’m very sure they have many challenges over the course of a day but you would never know it! Their work ethic & grace to me & the many customers I have witnessed is remarkable. Highly recommend. They are a true God-inspired blessing!

I have been a customer of the Bastrop location for over 10 years and the last several months the service has deteriorated a lot. Always been able to drop off by 9am and get after 5:30 but now that is only available when they feel like it. Again this morning I was there by 8 and told they were done taking same day service for the day. Time for a new cleaners to spend my $300 to $400 per month.

I had absolutely horrible experience with Comet Cleaners at 1800 Independence Pkwy McKinney location. I would avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible service.

comet deliberately lied to me. I asked if they could make an alteration by a certain day, and they promised me that they could, while knowing fully well that they would be closed on that day. Don't trust Comet, they are liars

I could never adequately express how much I love and depend upon this wonderful establishment. I tried several area cleaners before finding Comet Cleaners - the staff is AWESOME and I love interacting with Monica, Ava, and Alexa. In the past several years I have never had a single complaint or request for a “do over”! Service is courteous, rapid, affordable, and convenient! If you value quality and dependability, discover Comet Cleaners. I’m so grateful to have found them!

Don’t do business here. I have never been so disrespected and shown such horrible customer service from a business I patronized. The Essential Jogging Suit belonging to my son had only been worn TWICE. I pick up the jogging suit and several of the letters are missing. I was dismissed by the so called manager Monica who was completely rude and void of any customer service. RUN from this location when in need of a cleaners.

We have used this Comet Cleaners for years and have been totally satisfied with the highest level of service and quality of work. Monica, Eva and the rest of the staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help with any questions or situations that may arise. We can’t RECOMMEND these Folks enough. You won’t be disappointed!

I have never been treated so rudely at a so called business as here. I went to pick up my two blouses (I had gotten a text that they were ready). The receipt said 5:00 and the text said 4:10 which was EXACTLY when I got there and she said they probably were not ready. Well I asked her if she could look since it was so close and sure enuf they were done. Then she started telling me she would do it this time blah blah but next time ...... blah blah blah and that attitude got to me and I told her probably would not be back and she practically threw my blouses at me and said well fine just take your shirts. For those that give her these great reviews she must pay you cause I have never seen anyone in a business treat a customer like she treated me.
