I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at Comet Cleaners. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the level of professionalism or quality I expected.
To begin with, the customer service was below standard. My concerns were not acknowledged in a timely or courteous manner, and I felt that my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a customer. Clear communication and attentive service are essential, yet both were lacking throughout my interaction.
Additionally, the quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations. Items were returned in a condition that suggested little attention to detail, and issues I specifically pointed out beforehand were not addressed. This resulted in the need for additional follow-up, which only added to the frustration.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of accountability and the overall handling of the situation left me dissatisfied. I hope Comet Cleaners will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the consistency of their service and strengthen their customer care practices.
At this point, I am reluctant to return as a customer and will consider alternative cleaners unless improvements are made.
