Greeted coming in. Check in fully instructed and simple. Staff ready b4 check in complete. Process swift, clean and efficient Female med assistant offered 3rd person in room. She communicated with confidence/competence/consideration. Those
four c's a bit rare in one person. They add up to an A.

The checkout at this location is horrible the black lady at the checkout desk is short and has 0 customer service,the wait to check out
is long .I have been to concerta at another location and have not have this experience .they really need to work on this . I was told to have a seat to wait to check out.the wait was to long I left and and waited later to call and get my next appointment date. Which I requested to go to another location. I was seen for a workplace injury I had notify my adjuster about this matter and they are looking into this

This place is busy. Do not be on a limited time schedule. My experience lasted 4 hours. Actual time see clinic personnel was about 30 minutes. For a drug screening a hearing test a physical. Long time.
