The last lady named Sheree who did the so called physical was blahhh and rude I spoke she just stuck the stethoscope one saying breathe for the front & back . The rest of the staff was polite but NOT SUPER FRIENDLY

I have come to this location for a period of time due to work. He has recently been through a work injury. The girls in front are very friendly, Stefany Joanna and Lucero. In therapy, Miss Audrey is very gentle. From the back staff Estefani Britney and young Brian are very friendly. So far attending doctor Heynes has been very kind in recommending the right care for me with therapies and imaging. I hope to recover soon and so far the service has been very good.

All the staff were very friendly but it would be better if the receptionists were more friendly and made the patient feel comfortable.

Because of past experiences at the I-20 location with long wait time and disorganized service, I expected the same at this location. Boy! Was I wrong. The staff was so nice and polite. I didn't have to wait because the provider hadn't arrived. I was called back to test immediately. When I asked a question the lady was so kind and easy to talk to. If ever needed again I'm coming to this testing site on Lamar Blvd. I've already pinned this site. Thank you kindly for the work you do.
