I am so grateful because I was in a great deal of pain from a sprained groin. Had not slept for 3 weeks and what the emergency room gave me did not help. Jim got to the root of the problem, explained what I needed and what to expect in the coming weeks. He explained how workman’s compensation works and has an amazing bedside manner. Nothing worse than feeling like you are not heard. The staff was also amazing. Thank you Concentra.

Today was my second day here doing check out the black lady at the check out desk was rude in here delivery and told me to wait and she continued to talk with other staff in a conversation that was not job related as I overheard the conversation. A bad experience

Unprofessional bedside manners, poor communication, lack of respect and lack of accountability in improving the communication. The experience as a patient was less than what the medial field code of ethics stands for.

The service I received felt somewhat cold and impersonal. Although the front desk representative maintained professionalism, the interaction lacked warmth and approachability. Additionally, a female assistant appeared unexpectedly and also spoke to me in a stern weird tone while I was already being helped by a male assistant. He, in contrast, was welcoming and personable throughout the interaction. The service was quick, in and out, which was great and hence the 4 star review.
