I’ve been receiving my automated prescriptions for several months now from Cooper Specialty Pharmacy through the Nimble app, and the service has been consistently reliable. My orders always arrive on time, and I receive helpful notifications before each delivery. Every experience I’ve had with Cooper Specialty Pharmacy has been positive. Their customer service is excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

I'm deeply grateful to a young lady (Thao?) for her exceptional assistance!, She not only took the time to thoroughly answer my questions about the medicine, but also promptly sent me the receipt I had requested. Keep up the good work!

The delivery service they use is terrible. They don't deliver to the door, they leave your package out in the open, in the mail room.

I love Cooper Pharmacy. My Gyn prescribed my HRT, and when I realized that this pharmacy was in Arlington I decided to drive (I live in Prosper) and get my HRT meds immediately, once there, everyone was very friendly and unbelievable kind, (the gentleman who attended me, told me that I could call next time to get my prescription delivered for free at my door.)
When the treatment was about to run out, I received an email to either refill online or via text so I did it, and I received the HRT med the next day at my front!
Today, I needed to re order for third time and I called, a very kind and patient lady picked up. I'll have my med tomorrow.! I LOVE THIS PHARMACY!!!!! I wish CVS and Walgreens have this phenomenal staff and supersonic services like Cooper.
Copper is a blessing in my life! We don't have this in East Coast.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this pharmacy! For the past year, they have continuously processed and delivered my prescriptions efficiently. Also, the prices are unbeatable. Thank you so much for being reliable for all of my medication needs!

I’ve never had a rude experience with a Pharmacy in my entire life. I was patient and calm and was on the line for 20 minutes with a young lady. She appeared to be trying, but needed help. James who was supposed to be a supervisor stepped in and he was rude. I was simply attempting to explain to him that one of the insurances I have won’t cover the prescriptions. We spent the first 60 seconds of the call with his stank and rude demeanor. My new focus is pulling all prescriptions from this pharmacy going forward

Cooper Specialty Pharmacy has done an amazing job of handling my unique prescription for Auvelity. They have been kind and so very helpful throughout the process of enabling me to afford Auvelity, which has been a life-saver for my mental health! Auvelity is normally $1,000/month without insurance, but Cooper Specialty Pharmacy has somehow been able to supply it to me much cheaper, despite my insurance refusing to pay for it. I can’t thank you enough, Cooper Specialty!

I typically do not write reviews. I have used Cooper for almost 2 years now and they have been consistently great. The owner and the staff are genuinely caring and kind; and no more waiting endlessly on hold or waiting for a returned call.

I placed an order last Sunday the 2nd, said it was shipped Friday the 7th 9:49 AM, “out for delivery” Saturday the 8th 10:05 AM. Now it’s saying it won’t make it until Monday the 10th!? Nothing pops up with I track the order. I am completely out of my stock and I leave for work tomorrow (Monday the 10th) and I work out of town. This isn’t the first time, don’t order through Cooper Specialty Pharmacy! Can’t wait to change pharmacies.

Upset that they now charge to deliver and it's based on cost of medicine. So if you have expensive meds and at more 7 dollars for delivery fee each month is too much. I need to find a new pharmacy now because I don't want to spend $84 a year for delivery fees

Closed on weekends so there is no one to get ahold of to speak with about this. It has been 3 entire weeks since they received my prescription from my doctor and they have still not processed it, and now I am out of my medication with no one to contact. I cannot order a refill via Nimble until they process the prescription, and I cannot transfer the medication to another pharmacy because they are closed. Very disappointed as this is the first time I’ve had this negative wait time with them, although I’ve had issues with the shipping time via Nimble on the past.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a prescription fulfilled by Cooper Pharmacy. I specifically asked through NimbleRX that my package be placed in my mailbox as I would be out of town. My apartment returns packages after three days if delivered to lockers. When I returned, my package was not in my mailbox or locker. My apartment opened multiple boxes and could not find the package. I contacted Cooper Pharmacy and one of the pharmacists, Valarie, told me “this may be harsh, but it is your responsibility to pick up packages when they arrive”. She said they didn’t have any special instructions and would not help me as my package was delivered. I will never work with them again. If you have important medications and live in an apartment, DO NOT ORDER through them. Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. The pharmacist was extremely rude.

I have had a prescription here for several months, no issues until this month. The customer service, James, is very rude. When I tried to explain I have already signed through text for the refill approval. He said I didn't, which is not true. He tried to tell me they haven't filled it since July, I attempted to explain the August wasn't refilled because two were sent in July, he wouldn't listen to me, stating that couldn't be. I feel something isn't right, this pharmacy has all my information.

Got Ryaltris spray from them. Fund out this was without insurance for $60+. Said got discounts.....This spray made not here, even in Switzerland, any place in Europe costs between $6 to $9. What I can say-you, people, are robbed and scammed here!
