I spent $200 on lottery tickets at this location and won $100, but I could only cash out $75 due to a daily limit. This policy is unreasonable. If you're selling tickets, you should at bare minimal be able to pay out a full winnings of $100. This happened during non-peak hours, so there's no valid reason for this limit. Either improve your overall customer service or stop selling lottery tickets altogether.

This is the WORST gas station I've ever been to EVERYONE THERE IS RUDE!!! every shift except the overnight AA guy!! The manager is HORRIBLE, RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM TO HIM!! the younger woman and the young AA guy that works during the evening ARE ALL RUDE!! He was literally sitting down on his phone when I came in and stood there, didn't greet me... I had to say something to even get his attention, I ask which side of the register should I go to? He just stands up and points, I ask for a specific item he barely speaks and says no, so I ask if they have something similar to it he just looks back at the shelf and looks back at me NO WORDS!!! I said ok ig not!! Got a different product and left!! They all have zero sense of urgency, they do not care about their customers!!!! It is the LAST TIME I'LL SPEND MY MONEY HERE!! THEY REMINDED ME WHY I ONLY STOP AT QUIKTRIP!!! yeah nobody wants to be at work but you're here to do a job and you're getting paid for it why are you being rude to the people that are keeping you in business?? It's like it's satire at this point!! I truly can't believe this is allowed!! I'll be sure to tell everyone not to visit Circle K stores!!

Every time my husband or I go in to get his cigarettes we have to fight with the cashier to get them to let us put in our number for the discount. Today I went in to grab his cigarettes and I bought a few other things I asked the young lady if I could put in my number and she said oh what for? Why do you need to put in your number? You don’t get a discount. I said for the cigarettes. She said oh well why didn’t you tell me. I understand they get frustrated because it times out and the customer has to enter it on the screen but the cigarettes have a discount. We actually avoid this location because of it but we gave it a chance today and same thing happened different person. The guy at night when using the Dropbox was the only positive experience. He said I can put in your number for you mam and it was easy. Why are these kids not trained to just type it in then if that’s the problem?

The cigererttes are a little cheaper here if u buy 2 pack if marlboros. The gas also has 10 cent discount and up t0 40 cents on curtains days.L

No mask sign on door showing mask required. I counted 5 people in and out with out mask. When asked the guy at the register he said "we just dont like don't like bothering people with that". INSANE!!! So let's risk other folks lives????

COME HERE IF YOU LIKE HOT SODA WITH NO ICE because the ice machine is broke and has been broke for almost a week now. Not too terrible of a place. I like circle K. The gas pumps work well. The lines can get long sometimes
