Was immediately greeted and chair station set up for pedicures. This place is one that will ACTUALLY do the hot towel service. A lot of them list it on the menu, and it’s never happened, but HERE it does.
They break down the pricing bases on their menu and it’s easy to read and navigate. I like that they had an option specifically for men, haven’t seen that on a menu yet.drink was cold and complimentary. She was very gentle with my feet. It’s clean and well lit in here and didn’t smell like the typical nail bar. Would definitely come here again!

I have been coming here for years, at one time I brought my whole entire family (8) and it has always been a good service. This person in the picture I do not recommend, she cut my toenail and removed a piece that will now cause me to have an ingrown nail. I chose a color that would’ve looked great and after a second coat she said it looks bad and see through, it did not. I told her that was fine and to get black instead, well instead of removing the previous coats she adds it on top. I told her no you need to remove the previous, her response was well it’s almost black so it doesn’t matter. TERRIBLE customer service, I came in for a Lemon drop that includes a callus shaver step which she did not do and when confronted she said not enough dead skin, I showed her my foot and said then what’s that and proceeded to ignore my request. I spoke with another person about my experience and since there was a language barrier. All the other ladies are perfectly fine, please avoid this lady at all cost if you want a good experience!

I just got these painted (gel polish change) on Sunday at noon. It was mildly busy and the tech who answers the phones and makes the appointments did them for me. I was a walk in. I noticed one of the steps she used gel polish remover that was in a jar just like the other polish bottles, thought it was strange but trusted she knew what she was doing. After two days of doing dishes (today is Tuesday) lots of raising and chipping. Really bummed

My nail tech Mimi is the ABSOLUTE BEST. She's thorough, patient, kind and has an amazing personality. She's also a perfectionist. She will make sure my design is perfect everytime even if she has to start over. The atmosphere is also nice and very clean and extremely cold. I really wish they did Gel-x nails. Mimi Thank you for always going over and above!!!

The employee on the phone is very rude and never followed back up with the question I asked a while ago. She decided she wanted to play phone tag & the owner is never anywhere to be found 0/10

My daughters and I came in for manicures. My babies are 2 and 6. They loved it. The ladies were so sweet to them.

Usually i have a nail tech i go to, but I last minute decided to get my nails done & chose this place. i wanted simple short french solar nails with some charms. I showed her a picture & she showed me what charms they had (which was barley anything.) so i went with just a french tip. The solar set there is $50, but at the END she said it was $65. I asked her why & she said its because the picture i showed her had curved french tip instead of the standard? She charged me $15 extra for a curve french AND didn’t tell me until the end.
I also told her i wanted a darker pink & didn’t realize how light the pink was that she showed me until the end. she said it was a “natural pink” but definitely too light for my skin tone, so natural to a lighter skinned person.
I was not happy with the end results & the communication & the quality. especially for simple shorties.
A lot of these nail salons have techs who are not up to date with how the standard is now which is why a lot of these other at home/new nail techs are better & on the come up.
Regardless if i was happy with them or not I still tipped & thanked her, but never again.

**Racist Establishment** I called ahead to confirm the cost of underarm waxing and was told $25, but after the service, I was charged $5 more. When I questioned this, I was dismissively told that the man at the front desk ‘doesn’t know anything, the price changed.’ This is completely unacceptable, and I strongly feel I was racially profiled and overcharged because of the color of my skin. I won’t be returning. The receipt clearly shows that the $5 was manually added on. And honestly it was the most painful under arm wax I‘ve ever gotten and wouldn’t have been returning to this establishment either way.

Update to review- I wanted to return due to receiving a text coupon, however the phone is not always working and says voicemail is full without ringing and there’s is no other option for booking an appointment. Please fix phone issues!

SUPER unprofessional, came for a simple nail appt, closing time came, and the nail tech stopped everything and said she’s not finishing my nails. I underclosing was approaching but why begin if you aren’t gonna finish. Came back to have her finish even though I FULLY paid the first time, I was charged AGAIN, “for the design”, I paid double for my nails when I didn’t even get the design I wanted because “it was too hard for them to do” for practically no reason besides their unprofessional practice and completely ripping me off. Do not recommend! I never leave bad reviews or am upset with bad service unless it’s THIS bad.

"Vanna from Cosmo Nail Bar is hands down the best nail tech that I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. She was professional, warm, and inviting. She has this natural maternal energy about her that makes you feel at home, even if it’s your first time, which was the case for me. I’ll continue to come back to Cosmo Nail Bar because of how positive the overall experience was."
