I placed an order with this florist for a good friend's mother's funeral mass in a couple of days. Everything seemed fine, as the order was successful online, but I never received an email confirmation. Not long after I placed the order, I got a call while I was driving from a number I didn't recognize, so I answered and the lady on the other end said she was from the florist where I'd just placed my order. She then said that she needed the CVV code from my card to complete the order. I told her I was driving and that I'd call as soon as I was at a stopping point. I called her back and got a recording saying the number I was dialing didn't have a voice mailbox set up, which I thought was really strange for a business. She called me right back and when I questioned about why, when the order went through, did she still need the CVV code, she immediately became rude and defensive. I also mentioned that I never received an email confirmation, and again her response was rude and defensive. In a very condescending tone, she said that 'people place orders all the time online', and she 'didn't understand what I was confused about'. The whole time I was trying to speak or ask my questions, she kept interrupting me and not giving me a chance to ask anything. That did it, I told her to just cancel my order and I would get my arrangement elsewhere.I don't know the reasons behind her having such a rude, arrogant and condescending attitude - but I can guarantee that ANYONE who is in customer service, who speaks to me like she did, will lose my immediate and any future business. I work in IT Security and I don't appreciate being treated as if I'M the one with the problem, just because I'm seeing and hearing things from this individual, that are potential red flags to anyone with 1 - an ounce of common sense and 2 - knowledgeable enough to know better. I have GLADLY taken my business elsewhere, to someone who doesn’t speak to customers as if they’re stupid!

I had an amazing experience with Country Florist. It was my first time ordering with them, and they delivered (literally and figuratively)! The flowers were gorgeous and delivered on time. The staff was kind and caring as well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience !

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Tried to send flowers to a friend who lost 2 family members. Placed an order with this company. An hour later I get a call saying they can’t send the order because it’s lower than their minimum for delivery (did not see this anywhere on the website), said it must be a glitch in the system, and said they can’t promise they’ll deliver anything today (even though I selected & paid for the same-day delivery). I said no problem, what’s the minimum? They charged me for flowers that were $20 more after being rude on the phone and questioning if my purchase is legit. Fast forward to today, 13 days after the purchase, I call them to see where my invoice is. They said they can’t get it to me till later today or tomorrow because they’re busy and asked me what the total is so they can find it, I said I’m not sure as I don’t have the invoice. I asked if I can give them any other info, such as my name, the recipients name, the order number, recipient address, etc. they said they can’t cause they delete all information. We got upset with each other and had a screaming match on the phone. The person on the phone hung up on me. I am now without an invoice, with a horrible taste in my mouth from this experience, and no clue as to whether the flowers (that I didn’t even pick because they chose more expensive ones for me) were even delivered.

I'm glad I went to see for myself. Reviews are very misleading. First, it was a last minute idea. They open early. Both of the ladies were very friendly and helpful . My bouquet was beautiful and way more than I expected . Thank you Ladies. My best experience at a florist. #1

First, info everyone should know...the local 817-277 number as well as the 800 number associated with the company are not valid numbers anymore. the correct number is the 817-891 number.Ordered flowers for my mother and wanted them delivered prior to mother's day. had a bit of a snafu with the online system not giving them the security code on the card so had to contact via phone to complete order.Got a message that the flowers were delivered while on the phone with my mom, who didn't get a delivery. Called and spoke with them and found out it was delivered to a neighbor since mom was not home when the came to her house. She went to neighbor and got her flowers the next morning.Friendly staff while we sorted things out. very professional. would use again.

The customer service was really terrible, both in person and over the phone. I simply wanted a corsage for a child's communion and was turned away. Another florist nearby politely explained how labor intensive they were (and why they no longer did them), but this one just yelled at me in person and hung up when I called. It was a bit shocking.

Customer service was so cheerful and helpful. Ordered the sympathy Treasured Lillie's Spray and it was absolutely beautiful. Prettier than the picture. Usually you are disappointed with floral arrangements, especially if you live out of town but would highly recommend Country Florist and would definitely use them again.

So I see all these negative comments on the Country Florist. I purchased my wife valentine flower from them. I had a great experience the lady I spoke with was extremely nice. The flowers were delivered on time and look wonderful. Thank you Country Florist!!

ZERO STARS. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. I ordered flowers off their website. I immediately got an email with a confirmation and order number. A few hours later I get a text that says there is a problem with my order, call this phone number. I called and the lady immediately asked for the 3 digit code on the back of my card. I told her, I already typed in the information on the website and have a confirmation so she shouldn't need my code. She started yelling at me that my order would be canceled if I didn't give her the code. My flowers are supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I don't think they will be. I tried to call the numbers on the receipt, but one has been disconnected and the other just rings and rings. I live an hour away from this place, so I cannot travel and go into the business to resolve the issue.

I came to this store by accident and turned out to be a wonderful decision. The owner is very friendly and the florals are beautiful. I recommend this store for special holidays. Really love it!!!

I want to thank the woman I dealt with at Country Florist to make a casket spray for my departed mother for her burial. My mother adored flowers and what this woman created was so beautiful and so artful. There was nuance and understanding in her artistry. I am forever grateful to her. The scent of the roses blessed the air and I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much.

SCAM ALERT!! I am not one to write a bad review since I am a business owner myself. I ordered flowers from this company and didn’t receive a confirmation until 3 hours after the order was placed so of course I ordered from a different company. I called both of their listed numbers and no one answered. I replied to their email asking to cancel my order but to my surprise, I received another email saying my order was delivered…which is a complete LIE. No flowers were ever delivered. @google needs to remove this company from using their platform to scam people. Too many bad reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order online put in all my information including my CVC code and then I got an email that says I need to reply with that CVC code so I did then I got a phone call that they didn’t have the item in stock which was fine but I tried to explain the lady my frustration because it’s needed to be delivered tomorrow she didn’t call me until five minutes before five and when I was trying to explain my frustration and she said they’re trying to close so I need to hurry up- Got no satisfaction so I ended up canceling my order and this was supposedly the manager I spoke to because she was in a hurry to get home
