I live in a new build and Crest electric is the one that did the wiring I've been trying for months to get them out to fix the wiring issues but they keep saying it is not on them these people do not stand by their work and they are the worst company to do business with.

EDIT: My home builder came out again to test my breaker and found the breaker still needs to be replaced. Had Adin done his job, I would not be in this situation.
I had my first run in with this company because my home builder sent them out to replace the breaker box in my new build home. My washer/dryer kept tripping the breaker and the home builder sent them out. Adin Munoz and a helper arrived, asked to look at my appliance, came back downstairs and said they weren’t replacing my breaker box, it tested fine and the issue was with my machine - ok, maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t. Quite a few people in my neighborhood are having breaker box issues and I don’t know why they wouldn’t just do the job that they were going to be paid to do.
Adin has his helper tell me that for them to look at it and fix my appliance, they would do it but it had to be on me to pay and it would be “a lot.” Adin came across as rude, pushy, and didn’t even speak English. His helper had to translate and even then, the helper wasn’t fully bilingual and we all struggled to communicate.
After they left, I went upstairs to find that Adin left my machine unplugged and it was moved out of a place from him getting back there. Nothing was put back as I had it.
So, in short, they came out and didn’t do the job they were supposed to do, tried to get more money out of me, were pushy and rude, and did not put my appliance and laundry closet back the way I had it.

Crest did some electrical work on my house and I'll definitely be using them again. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

I initially got quoted for 1 hr to install 2 ceiling fans. They sent 2 electricians thought 1 was going to work on one fan while the other one was working on the other but that wasn’t the case. Got charged for 2 hrs work almost $600 to assemble and mount the fan.

Awful, came did nothing, gave no good explanation of the flickering issue then said it's the lights, when the same lights are installed in multiple rooms in the house and two in the same rooms flicker together.
Don't waste your time find a better company.

2 experiences with crest have both been phenomenal. We have had minor warranty work done and both times the techs sent out have been timely, efficient, and friendly.

Crest worked on our AC this past summer when a breaker kept flipping, worked with the AC company and got everything fixed! Called again due to kitchen outlets flipping off after the storm. The guys were friendly, courteous, and worked to find the issue. We will definitely keep using them for any issues that arise in the future.

We called them out to have our exterior carriage lights separated from the porch light and put on their own switch. They estimated $371 over the phone. I scheduled the appointment for noon-5. My husband took the day off for this plus another morning appointment. The electrician called at 9 am saying he was on his way. I said our appt wasn't until later and no one would be home. They squeezed us in at 10:30 and my husband had to rush home. Ok, stuff happens. But then when the (TWO) electricians were done, the office called saying it was going to cost $675 because it took them 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour. I asked if they could work with me, they didn't tell me over the phone that it could cost more if it went over. I would NOT have scheduled if I knew it was going to cost $675 for this. They said they can't do anything but eventually agreed to drop $100. They still charged my card the full $675. For 2 men to add 1 switch. I would NOT recommend them.

Their services are a ripoff. They quoted us for $400 and wanted to charge up to $1,200 for 2 blue internet cables to be installed. Still charged us over $800.
I don’t recommend them if you don’t want surprises. I will also communicate this to D.R Horton my home builder and with my HOA and neighbors. It is a shame for the company that this happens.

I have never been a client but one of the workers cut me off in traffic twice. He was speeding , tailgating , and driving eradic. Please make sure your employees respect others. It dosen't make your company look very good.

This rating is for the company… POOR techs in this 100 degree heat wearing black long sleeve dress shirts!! One of them was drenching in sweat as if they had no A/C in the truck. Followed them out to give them water and noticed they didn’t have A/C after all?! Cmon guys! Isn’t that a safety hazard mixing wet sweat with Electricity?

Andrew and Sergio double checked loose grounds in my breaker box, analyzed seal and weep holes outside to mitigate static flaring, helped me fix flickering lights and were courteous and professional. Sometimes it takes the right people. I had crest come out two times before and none of their crews were able to solve my problems. Not until Andrew and Sergio came out were they fixed. Good people.

Got my history maker house wired through crest. They overload circuits onto single breakers and when you call them out to look at it, the guy walked around the house taking pictures of anything he could find to prove why it's my fault the breakers in all 4 of my bathrooms trip when i plug in a hair dryer. Crest blamed it all on history maker for drawing up a plan they admit was bad and having way to much on one breaker, yet they followed it and then said there is nothing they could do and that its my fault now. I'm upset at the service I have recieved from both history maker and Crest around this issue. BEWARE when getting a house from either of these parties. IES wired ny last home and did a much better job. And if anything messed up they would actually fix the problem. I was told a hair dryer is to powerful to plug in to my bathroom in a half million dollar home. This is an embarrassment to the electrical industry.
