Recently switched a family member from another carrier to cricket honestly the people who work here are not helpful as they should. The whole time they were on the phone having a conversation with the speaker on and not work related definitely. I’ve been with cricket for so long and been to many stores and this particular store was not professional. I asked for a price and they couldn’t tell me exactly because they didn’t know how much taxes they charge , seriously??? They just don’t give you an exact price so they’ll add more things. So disrespectful, I was giving a estimated price and as soon as I was asked if I wanted a case/screen and I replied no , the price went down $50!! They just add everything when you’re not asking for it !! I asked for no insurance and guess what I have insurance on my bill when I specifically asked to not add any. Some customers walked in while I was there they wouldn’t help them because they wanted to remove lines .. they were told to call customer service, pretty good service on the phones but this type of reps make Cricket look bad.

Hello, can you believe ? that I went like 6 times in a row because they couldn't activate my cell phone, and they said that the cell phone wasn't useful for me to return it, but how barbaric can they have people who don't know.??

Some people just don't like to work! On the door it shows 10 a.m open and I was there a few minutes before 10. I end up leaving after waiting for 31 minutes. Nobody showed up and I don't have time to sit and wait! Whoever was opening this morning needs to get it together!!!!

Purely bad experiences in cricket pure theft I've only been a month and I'm already very disappointed in this company last month they blocked my phone and they charged me without a card and they didn't give it to me they lost my original without card and they kept me there for 4 hours and now what I went just after a month it took me to unlock my phone again they charged me without a card pure money and business is what I want to give them zero stars but there is no that number

There in the cricket they don't know how to do anything. On Sunday I went and there was a certain Giselle V and it lasted 4 hours and for her to block my phone and tell me that in 3 days she would get the password and she charged me a lot and left me without a phone, okay, pure motherfucker
