It seems that since they changed the manager of this store, they do not pay attention to their workers, that long-haired boy who worked on Sunday, December 15, 2024, this is the second time I have gone and he serves me, that is, he does not even serve me because He never feels like working and has no knowledge about his job, the easiest thing for him to do is always say, call customer service, they are the ones who can solve your problem and they don't work until Monday, that's what he tells me, but without a doubt However I go to the store cricket, which is at 730 w pioneer pkwy and they always assist me with kindness and solve my problem immediately. They have to go to be given an orientation on how to work with the client.

Stopped by last night. The girl working was in a big rush it was 7 pm & not very helpful. She quoted us over 400 for 2 lines & phones that were $59 I explained that her math didn't add up. She said she going off a paper she's looking at. I would definitely not recommend this location. We drove to the location by Fiesta on pioneer the young man was EXTREMELY HELPFUL at that location we got the same phones two phones & lines that this location quoted at over $400 for $250 instead. Not sure what kinda scam they're running here. Save your money &time go to pioneer by Fiesta.

For nothing in the world, go to this store, they are thieves and liars. A week ago I went to do the upgrade on my phone and what a bad experience I had to begin with. They charged me almost 190, which according to her was half a mega special because I was giving an offer with the free case and according to her she was helping us I never asked her for her help or for her discount I only told her which is the cheapest phone and why was I going to get one in payments and it was very expensive, To our surprise, the next day we did not have a line because the person added the insurance that I did not ask for and according to her it was already included but she NEVER mentioned it to us because it was not her job to explain that was what she told me and then What is your job? The next day we called customer service because we didn't have a line and they explained that to us and we had to pay a fee so they wouldn't reconnect everything for not explaining that according to them it is not their job. I told customer service about the charges they charged me and they told me that they were not giving me any specials that they were charging me for everything. I went that same afternoon to ask why that had happened to us and they treated us GREATLY. The worst thing is that I told him that if I could return the phone because they didn't give me exactly what they charged and he told me that according to him he could only return 90 which was the thing about the phone that because according to him he put coupons for the house that I at no time I asked him for it and according to what he told the supposed manager that he did it to help, I came back and I repeat, I did not go to ask him for his supposed fraudulent discounts but where was the 100 if I was still paying 190. If you don't want to suffer mistreatment and anger, no. go here

Horrible! Cricket's phone service does not work in Grand Prairie, like AT ALL. Go with a different carrier, or even just two cups connected by a string.
